Great hotel and very friendly staff. We did an overnight with 3 puppies to fly out from Southampton airport the next day. Place was clean 👌good breakfast and such a good price.

Nice and quiet in the room. As I was alone the staff made sure I was ok. The bed was comfortable and relaxing, with clean sheets.

Everything works well, beds are great, room aircon worked well, breakfast was excellent , staff so friendly and chatty , pool was clean and modern and the jacuzzi so relaxing.

This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed. The price was 76.50£ which is great.(At the same price in London you get a rubbish hotel and parking is difficult.) The room was huge, 2 double beds and one single ..The lighting was ample and plenty of 3 pin sockets to charge your devices. Seems to be very popular with the cruise crowd.The breakfast was excellent hot freshly made English cooked breakfast served at the table. ..which very rare nowadays. Paking was ample.. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Will certainly be coming back many more times.

Location for us was perfect going on a cruise and to explore Southampton. The hotel all around is really good and the staff are really friendly and helpful. One thing I have to recommend 100% is the restaurant at the hotel Atlantic Gate. The seafood was just amazing and the service was excellent.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and we had spectacular views, I had a full body hot stone massage performed by Angelica, Angelica was really good, she had amazing massage techniques and had very good customer service skills. Thank you very much, Angelica 😊

Beautiful hotel!!!!!! The room was very quiet and comfortable. We also had a window that we could open (not a lot of hotels have this). Breakfast was good, we are vegan and there were enough options. Area of the hotel very nice! Staff very friendly.

Full range for breakfast. Parking was an issue but we parked on the road just past the pier. Free overnight 8pm to 9am then pay for the day £18 is the cheapest we could get

First-class service and very attentive and well-trained staff. The hotel manager makes careful selections. A nice young man at the reception is particularly friendly and accommodating. his name is Ovidiu. He takes care of all guests' worries and has a calm and positive way of inspiring people, so they'll want to return. I hope the hotel manager passes on this praise to the staff. I Already booked 2 weeks in August. Thank you very much.

I was immediately welcomed with a smile, and the staff did their best to make my stay comfortable 😊 The place is very stylish and well kept, the rooms are very well equipped with all the necessities and their lobby area is super cozy.
