United KingdomI literally cannot praise this property enough, it was perfect! From the genuinely friendly and efficient staff to the super-super comfy bed, it was a brilliant stay. We actually took pics of the labels for the pillows and duvet as we may buy the same, they were so comfortable. We will definitely be returning :)

IcelandWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but we would especially like to mention Rob who works in the lobby.
Rob went above and beyond to help us figure out how to get to Southampton by train. He took the time to research the best routes for us, printed out all the options with prices and detailed information, and even brought everything up to our room so we could review it comfortably.
This level of personal care and attention is rare and made a huge difference to our stay. The service we received was truly outstanding and made us feel very well looked after.
We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Rob, for the exceptional service!

I was only in Southend for a one off event this time, but loved Hadleigh Park. Recollections for whenI was there often, the beach is ok but [lain, nothing special, but some lovely gardens and roses around town.
