We stayed in a fantastic 74-square-meter suite. Everything was beautifully designed and of high quality—from the duvets to the towels. The bed was large and very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the garden outside was lovely. Everything felt truly luxurious. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, all in a stunning dining room. Parking the car was also easy.

Lovely room in a pleasant location on the way to Minehead. What really made this visit, though, was the fantastic breakfast and staffing. Breakfast options were extensive; coffees well made and cooked breakfast fantastic. The hotel manager was kind and helpful, moving us to a bigger room just because it was available that night. He even kept a forgotten item safe until we returned for it on the way home - something you'd expect from a hotel but when it happened, it was very much appreciated. Will come back if we're in the area.

The Cowshed is a lovely building situated in a charming setting. The accommodations are tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, very cozy, and incredibly peaceful. The bed is among the most comfortable I've slept in away from home.

Beautiful setting, so peaceful and pretty. Waking up to the sound of the babbling river and birds singing. The cottage was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets available if needed. Parking was close by but definitely need to be able to walk up a narrow pathway and over a small wooden bridge, up a step and across neighbours frontage to access the cottage. It was quaint and Beautiful but could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Although a little outdated, this is part of it's charm and for the price paid it was well worth it. Very limited Internet or phone signal at the cottage, which again adds to the charm as it's so relaxing and you feel like you really are away from it all.
