On arriving the member of staff on reception was extremely welcoming and kind. The next day the same member of staff made sure to great us and asked us how our stay at the hotel and area was. Going the extra mile to make the stay feel personalised and tailored to us.
The room was immaculate, extremely comfortable, modern but with charming character. Parking was very convenient also.

It is an excellent place to visit with so much to do.
It is an excellent place to visit with so much to do. One is spoilt for chooses of where to eat and this also applies for accommodation to stay.
I also felt the town was kept very clean and well looked after. We will definitely visit again.
We thoroughly enjoyed eating at the hotel as well as the restaurant opposite the river where an excellent musician played and sung some excellent music.
I would definately recommend the open top bus ride in and around Stratford, we'll worth the money. Also a leisurely boat trip along the river. The theatre is also worth a visit.

The centre is large enough to be interesting but small enough to explore easily. There is a good variety of coffee shops and restaurants and some individual shops as well as the usual chains and tourist gift sellers.
The historic visitor's sites are easily accessible but can be crowded, as can the central park area, especially on Bank holidays. However, the walk along the river, past the Big Wheel, is always a pleasure with plenty of human and wildlife activity to watch on a sunny day. The centrally placed RSC theatre is a great place to spend an evening 'brushing up your Shakespeare.' We would recommend a two night minimum stay but three or even four nights would be better, especially if it's a first visit.

What a lovely place.
What a lovely place. We were there to run the marathon but managed to squeeze in a few walks, and visits to local pubs and restaurants, and do a bit of touristing. Would defo like to go back some day with my partner and have a more chilled time.

When booking this spa break I was concerned about disability access for my niece, however the hotel catered very well for this. The room was very spacious and was accommodating for a wheelchair. The staff were all very friendly at both the hotel, diner and spa but a special mention to the member of staff at the spa who went out of his way to cater for disability needs. The hotel is in a beautiful location and short drive away from the stunning Stratford upon Avon.
A really lovely hotel ideally located just outside Stratford upon Avon. Beautiful old historic main building. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean bedrooms. Food was amazing in the Stuart restaurant, absolutely excellent. Nice pool and spa too. Would recommend this hotel and would happily visit again.
The whole package. Lovely bed and a wonderfully peaceful retreat. Made to feel at home. Great location for Stratford Upon Avon and no worries with parking! All in all the best B & B I've ever booked. Can't recommend enough. Breakfast absolutely delicious.
