Being a relatively new build the Hotel was in excellant condition. It was in a prime location, steps away from the inner harbour and sea front. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. The food, especially the breakfast, was excellent. It was nice to have a bar to have a drink anytime and food was available until 9pm. We went by train, Torquay station was around a mile away, a wonderful walk along the sea front and past the harbour. Very reasonably priced especially considering that the breakfast was included.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the ultra friendly staff especially isabelle and fabio. The whole team gave us a nice warm welcome and the foods pretty good too. Honestly although we are locals we like something different from the norm and this will now be our new go to place for a nice little break

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was nice and cosy! The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in Torquay!

I stayed in a single room which overlooked the back area of the hotel, it was very peaceful and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful and chatty. I only stayed one night but I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. Parking was included and out front, the view from the front looks out over the sea, very enjoyable

I would like to say that the lady at reception, Dawn, was absolutely phenomenal, she helped us out with a booking mistake and was ever so understanding. If she does see this, thank you very very much Dawn, my partner and I are going through a bit of a rough patch regarding housing so your help meant the entire world to us. All the staff were lovely also but Dawn has my heart.

The breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff

We were in one of the newly renovated rooms which was lovely, everything was exceptionally clean. The food was much better than l have experienced elsewhere in Torquay (l have been a frequent visitor to the area over many years) both bars were clean and comfortable and the hotel gives a more modern vibe than many of the hotels which really is essential for the futurer of all the hotels as well as itself. The pool was a nice suprise too! Absolutely worth a visit, there may be renovation works ongoing as the whole place is being done but it's got to be done sometime eh?

Owners are incredibly friendly, helpful and accomodating family owners. Breakfast was a feast. There was a free parking on-site but a little tricky if you have a large car (Owner helped out with this). The maintenance standard of this medium sized old hotel is very high. Good value for money.

Loved the quirkiness of the hotel and the fact that it wasn't the same as every other generic one. Also has a pool which during a heatwave felt like we could have been anywhere abroad.

Lovely hotel , staff were very helpful and polite Really smart Hotel. Had a lovely breakfast cooked to order and a wide range to choose from. Taxi to and from seafront would be ideal for people who struggle but it is walkable !nice bit of a 20 min exercise !

The manager, Suzy, is a lovely person, very welcoming, helpful and charming. Location is perfect, just a short walk from the harbour and the main attractions. Torquay has very steep roads, older people like myself needed a taxi to take me back to the hotel.

The hospitality from Nicki, John and the staff were amazing and so helpful. The Hotel was spotless, the Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. The Hotel itself is lovely and would definitely come back.
