United StatesGreat location, near the beach and castle with a park. We could tell that the hosts cared about their guests and hospitality was very on their list. Many extras that we would never expect. I highly recommend this place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

From when we got there right to the end the staff were very attentive and made us feel so relaxed during our stay was a massive part to this being our favourite place. Checking in was very straight forward and we were pleased before we even got to our room with how helpful, kind and professional the staff were. My partner and I booked here for my 21st when we arrived we had a room upgrade which was amazing. Room was clean, great size , beds were very comfortable. We headed to the 1906 for dinner there was many options staff treated myself and my partner very nicely. Food was great and lots of options. Room service was amazing too food was perfect and plenty of options. So many things to also do around ! The hotel is spotless.
The hotel is spotless. We were treated like royalty, the staff were first class. The staff on the door could not do enough for you in particular Stuart both of them and Gary made you feel very welcome. Spa facilities were excellent. Excellent modern, spacious and well equipped apartment. We enjoyed a very relaxing week at Turnberry apartments, with lovely walks around the Trump golf resort, especially the walk to the lighthouse where you can have a coffee and enjoy the views. The staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming when we visited there. We found the local Asda supermarket a few miles away in Girvan to have all the essentials we needed, and Souters Inn at Kirkoswald a few miles north on the A77 has an excellent menu with great food at very reasonable prices, and well worth visiting. We are golfers so Turnberry is the Mecca for golf courses.
We are golfers so Turnberry is the Mecca for golf courses. However it is very expensive to golf there unless you get a deal with the golf club which in itself is very difficult to do without stopping at the hotel and booking through an agency such as Golf Breaks. Turnberry is small. It’s famous for golf. But the coastline is beautiful around S the area and places like Ayr and Troon are Easy to reach. Lovely cafe with amazing views of Arran in main road to Girvan out of turnberry. Great restaurant down at the small harbour area past the big turnberry hotel. Many nice eating Places and bars In main turnberry Trump “ resort” hotel but closed at time to non residents. Places still opening up. Would like to have visited for a drink ! Quiet friendly place - need a car -Culzean castle closed but is very close. Arran ferry is an hour away. Stunning sunsets in august and love the light.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom
