Great location - 10 mins walk from Mermaid Quay with loads of restaurants and cafes, about 25 mins walk to city centre but we got the Aquabus from Mermaid Quay for £7. Bus stops about 5 mins walk away, Millennium Centre less than 10 mins away. Dedicated car parking space a bonus, as was the gated area (you get a key fob to let you through the gates & into the apartment block). Tony met us to give us the keys & show us the apartment, and thoughtfully provided some milk & a welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. We had a question about the hot water & he responded within 10 minutes, even though it was 7.30 p.m! Well appointed kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing mzchine etc. Good size rooms throughout. Nice view of the river from the apartment

The hotel was lovely. Clean and very well maintained. I really liked the funky decor. The customer service was 10/10 even before we arrived they rang to see our ETA to make sure our room was ready for us. I was impressed with the gym and pool area.

Loved the hotel from the moment we walked in...beautiful....room could have done with a voile type curtain as yiu had to close everything and out lights on to get dresses etc. Perfect, but £360 for one night due to concert.

Privilege room, top floor - beautifully refurbished, amazing views and nice and cool even on a boiling hot day (it was 32 degrees out!)
