Extremely convenient for an event in the RAH….room very compact especially the bathroom which was tiny! Carpets and fabrics tired- however all I wanted was a place to lay my head for a few hours on a budget - it did the job just fine!

The staff were fantastic, made us feel very welcome and gave our little girl a Dorsett bear which she loved. The breakfast was great, very clean and organised and the whole family enjoyed it. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Westfield and a few minutes from various stations. The lobby was clean and well presented. I have to mention the staff again as they were fantastic.

The Pembridge Palace Hotel is centrally located in walking distance from Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall. Whiteleys shopping centre can be reached in 10 minutes’ walk.

The location was great unfortunately the first room given to us smelt of smoke and the second room had steep stairs. The third room was ok, but very small we couldn't open our bags and move around the bag. The staff especially Rifat at reception were very accommodating.
