Everything was perfect Kind and helpful staff Very clean hotel

Amazing location and good view

Nice room with great Black Sea view. The hospitality is the best.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff where extremely helpful, the price was very cheap for what we got

This location is the best choice whether you want to go to the old town to play, lie in bed and watch the sea, or sit on the balcony to watch the sea, because it avoids the view of the port and is right behind you. It is very cost-effective compared to nearby hotels and meets the needs of taking photos from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and clean. Although there is no elevator, the staff will help you take your suitcases in time.

The hotel location is excellent within the old city and the staff are very freindly.

As with the other Rooms properties that we had visited, this place was incredibly well-designed and luxuriously comfortable. We were upgraded to a truly spectacular room that we didn't want to leave. If I'm ever in Batumi again, I'll very much look forward to staying here.

Had a great stay. Beautiful building, friendly staff and excellent breakfast!

This is a fine pleace if you want an accomodation for one night in the center, everything is close. Free parking means you park on the street, there is no parking lot. Our room was a bit small for two so if you plan to spend more than one day in Batumi, choose a bigger one. The rest was good, cannot complain about cleaness & breakfast.

Nice comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioner works good

everything is good, location room and service. we love it

The room was clean and spacious, the location very near to to the downtown. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Value for money is good.

Great location and stuff. Happy with my last experience.

The lady at the concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us dealing with the parking at our arrival and in general extremely professional and friendly. Our room was big enough and supplied with all comforts (the mirror night light in the bathroom is a feature we found only in much more expensive hotels). The location is also very good, only ten minutes walk to Europe Square. In short, highly recommended and my first choice for future visits. Congratulations to the staff and management.

Really nice small hotel, for such price I would say perfect. I would love to come again to this place Great location in old town, beach not far. Always someone on reception
