Absolutely the best serviced apartment hotel in the world! The location and facilities were incredibly convenient and safe, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Even during Christmas, we was still able to order food through Wolt without any issues. The staff were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and always easy to reach. We enjoyed the comfort of room. The modern design is clean, crisp, and visually appealing. The beds were absolutely comfortable. The suite had a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. The staff were so kind and polite. It’s a gorgeous view of the water. The indoor pool was warm and has fun water features that my children enjoyed. It was too chilly for the outdoor pool. We didn’t use the spa but it has a nice menu of options. This stop on our vacation was perfect! We would certainly stay here again.

Lena and Elias treated us like family, and I truly mean that. They are amazing. I can't recommend this stay more highly. We had an amazing time and will absolutely stay with them again. We have never felt more welcomed. Location was great, we were close to old town Chania, very close walking distance to a gym (which was nice, Olympiko, 30 euros for one week), Lidl, and an "American" style bar called Legends. The view is unparalleled and breakfast with our hosts and the other guests was priceless.

The location is great, the rooms are very big with a kitchenette including everything you need, bedroom and bathroom are also big, plus there is also a "living room" with a couch and a round table with 4 chairs. And 2 balconies :) The biggest surprise was the breakfast - it is cooked in the eating area so everything is warm and fresh, very tasty, and most important it changes every 3 days so you do not get bored of eating the same thing every day.

Helene and Christine were amazing hosts! The breakfast was amazing every morning - eggs and bacon if you wanted, a buffet to help yourself and amazing fresh squeezed orange juice and Greek yogurt with honey! We didn't want to leave! The view from the second floor was exceptional and the grounds were neat and well cared for. And a large pool! If you have a car, this is the place to be! We drove into Chania which wouldn't have been as feasible without a car. Helene and Christine were very hands on and recommended places to go including a local restaurant - they called and made the reservation for us! Extra special touch for us - we felt so welcome and cared for. My daughter and l got a bit too much sun at the beach and Christine went into her garden and got us a piece of aloe! Very kind!
