Our room was bright and spacious with a nice terrace overlooking the garden. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. It felt like a peaceful little home in Crete

The welcome and the values were so evident. So welcoming. They went out of the way to make us keep the room for my daughter who had a conference call and needed some privacy. Rooms were clean and the place is just beautiful.

Rooms had all you need! Nice working Air conditioning! Showers had great water pressure! Bed was comfy! Pool was wonderful with a great view. Nearby local restaurant had an amazing sunset and great food! All in all a winner!

Absolutely the best serviced apartment hotel in the world! The location and facilities were incredibly convenient and safe, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Even during Christmas, we was still able to order food through Wolt without any issues. The staff were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and always easy to reach. We truly had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on next visit.

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a beautiful room with a view of both the pool and the ocean. We had three balconies!! A family-owned business, the staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we were comfortable. We were sorry to be only staying one night.

The apartment has the best shower we have come across after traveling for 10 days in Crete! The unit is modern clean well appointed and had a washing machine which we found to be a great bonus. We found parking directly in front of the apartment block and it has a lift which was most welcome after lifting suitcases up numerous flights of steps. There is a good choice of restaurants/coffee shops minutes from the apartment. In a nutshell it was great accommodation at a very reasonable price

The hotel was great and the restaurant was amazing! Location was perfect for catching our cruise ship that we missed departing Rome, just a short walk to the dock and we were on board.

10/10 - An Exceptional Stay The Tanneries Hotel & Spa was honestly one of the highlights of my stay in Crete. Everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredible - spacious, beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and with a breathtaking sea view. The proportions, materials, natural light and attention to detail made the entire space feel both luxurious and peaceful. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. The team was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful without ever being intrusive. The location in Tabakaria was perfect for me - quiet and directly on the waterfront, yet still close enough to Chania and the Old Town. Waking up to that uninterrupted sea view every morning was something special. And Periplous, the restaurant downstairs, was excellent. Beautiful setting literally by the water, delicious food, great drinks and an atmosphere that made you want to stay there for hours. What impressed me most is that the hotel is intimate rather than oversized, yet nothing feels compromised. The rooms are generous, the design is exceptional, the views are stunning, and the entire property has character. Room: 10/10 Service: 10/10 View: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Design: 10/10 Restaurant: 10/10 Comfort & room size: 10/10 I genuinely struggled to find anything negative to say. An exceptional boutique hotel and absolutely somewhere I would stay again when returning to Chania.

The location of this hotel is brilliant. For future guests please note it is easy to miss the sign, which is on the BP Garage sign, as it is obscured by a tree, dependent on which way you are entering! Plenty space in the car park. Lovely pool. Breakfast was good. Staff were so kind and attentive. We loved that the hotel look after the local stray cats. So entertaining at night watching the kittens play! Lovely rooftop terrace beside the bar.
