We arrived on 26th august and the receptionist on duty was outstanding she should get a promotion so friendly nice and helpful she went over and beyond and made sure to check us in before sunset which was outstanding from the room. The room is new comfortable and has everything you need and welcome champagne the pool Has a great view. The bed is super comfortable the design is nice the cosmetics is great. Very convenient from the airport. Free parking

We had a great stay at Royal Sun! The location is very convenient – close enough to Chania but away from the busy streets, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the night shift receptionist, who was always welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the restaurant has an incredible panoramic view over Chania – truly a highlight! The room was comfortable and clean, and one of the best features was the free shuttle service to the city center, which saved us the stress of looking for parking. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

The staff were super kind and helpful. It was a last minute trip for me and my husband and they were so kind to help us get last minute reservations at restaurants and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The room was exactly as displayed in the pictures and brand new hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fantastic and the service was excellent.

Everything. The service is really on a higher level. Facility was perfect. And the steam shower(many people called it "hamam" but it's not) is just best relaxation after long walk. Amazing huge bed Breackfest is also amazing. Also it's available from 8 to 11 AM. Big parking. It's very important because of the small streets there.

The location is great, the rooms are very big with a kitchenette including everything you need, bedroom and bathroom are also big, plus there is also a "living room" with a couch and a round table with 4 chairs. And 2 balconies :) The biggest surprise was the breakfast - it is cooked in the eating area so everything is warm and fresh, very tasty, and most important it changes every 3 days so you do not get bored of eating the same thing every day.

We experienced true hospitality during our holiday! The resort is beautiful, with amazing views both from the rooms as well as the common spaces and pools. Most members of the staff were warm hearted and genuinely took good care of us! Checking was breeze, the front desk staff arranged things while we enjoyed refreshments (they even upgraded us without asking - recognizing that we were regular Marriott Bonvoy customers). When we went off the property the arranged our visit including the taxi back. The team at breakfast was amazing!! Agyro welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had reservations for dinner and even gave us recommendations if we were going off the property. Elsa and Aggeliki were especially sweet to our son going above and beyond! They have 3 pools 1 for adults, 1 shallow pool for babies and 1 for families. They also have direct access to the Aegean sea with beds looking onto the sea. At the poolside Chrsitina was especially helpful and took special care of our son. Last but not the least Manos the director of operations was ever present and made sure that our stay was awesome!

The apartment has the best shower we have come across after traveling for 10 days in Crete! The unit is modern clean well appointed and had a washing machine which we found to be a great bonus. We found parking directly in front of the apartment block and it has a lift which was most welcome after lifting suitcases up numerous flights of steps. There is a good choice of restaurants/coffee shops minutes from the apartment. In a nutshell it was great accommodation at a very reasonable price
