If it were possible to give an eleven, this would be the best rating for this lovely mountain inn. The hospitality that we experienced was exceptional. Our host Pavlina was warm & personable, and also as we discovered, an amazing chef. We arrived late after a long travel, tired & hungry. It seems our every need was anticipated and provided for with complete grace & charm. Pavlina served us a dinner of full of fresh ingredients and great flavors, & the little touches that you noticed on each plate revealed the soul of an artist. Pavlina served us a cheesecake of her own recipe that was so delicate & delicious, topped w/ freshly picked cherries from the garden, which is the best I've had. (Note: I grew up in lower Manhattan, perhaps the cheesecake capitol of the world.) The house itself is spacious and embodies a sense of rustic charm and luxury, and is wonderfully situated in a stunning, pristine valley populated by oak trees and riven with wild flowers. There was a fresh branch of tiny wild roses left on or bathroom shelf, which is typifies the attention to detail that the family has invested in this project. This is a highly recommended place, certainly ranking among our top traveling experiences.

Had a fantastic experience at Polikandia Hotel. It's a few minutes walk from all the restaurants in the Chora, and really close to the bus stop that takes you to the port and Ano Meria. The room has a spectacular view of the Church of the Virgin Mary, and the little balcony is surrounded by incredible bougainvillea. The pool is sparking and a great way to cool off after a long day out (even after going to the beach). The staff at the hotel are incredibly accommodating.

The breakfast is amazing! So many options. The hotel is beautiful and so clean however what makes it so special is the staff. They are so kind and helpful

From the whole week traveling around Greece this was by far the best place we stayed! The location is just perfect, super peaceful and private, away from hustle and bustle but still close to the black beach, the port and other well known spots. Whole property was spotless clean and everything was brand new. I wander if we were the first one to stay there it was just impecable. Heated jacuzzi was another highlight. We didnt wanted to leave! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay!

Perfect location and facilities with friendly and professional staff. Their restaurant is highly recommended and Casaly delivered above normal expectations when our flight only left at 20:00. Casaly is highly recommended

Located very close to some of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been to, you’ll find this gem. Dimitri is a great host

Every aspect of our stay here was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was amazing- delicious and plentiful! The rooms and all public areas are sparkling clean. Dimitris was so helpful and had great suggestions for us. We found this location perfect for our family group ranging from 13 to 70. The village itself is lovely and quiet with amazing views and restaurants all within easy walking access. It is a short and easy walk to Oia to shop and see all the sights there. We did other activities around the Island and Dimitris helped us to make arrangements. We spent time around the pool which was perfect and so refreshing after a busy day out and about. We had a few light lunches there as well - the Greek salad is probably the best we had and pizza is delicious. Was a beautiful spot to sit and have a relaxing drink or read. We met several different guests there and seems this is a great place for a variety of ages and interests. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to a variety of sights and activities we recommend staying at Klostra in Foinikia (Finikia)

The hotel has a great location, and the staff were outstanding. The room we had was large and serviced well each day. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Petros is wonderful and help with everything, He changed bed and towels every day! Breakfast is traditional, homemade and very tasty.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Stimata at Kythnos and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, family owned Georgia & Sotiris made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was efficient and our room which was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we could need, including an nespresso maker, fridge, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The balcony offered stunning views of the sea, making it the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening drink. Location-wise, Stimata was ideal. It was just a short walk from Flampouria beach nice and private and close to a coffee / snack shop. Overall, we had an exceptional stay at Stimata and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kythnos. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable experience. We would love to return!

Most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful city! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional and the location ideal. I cannot imagine a more luxurious and aesthetically pleasing place to spend two nights in Chania. I am already dreaming of returning.
