First of all, the interior of the house is modern, clean and adequately equipped. The kitchen utensils are handy, the bed and armchair are very comfortable. The balcony is spacious and the sea view from all the rooms is fantastic. The sea is closer than it looks in the photos.
As for the location of the house, it is great especially for those who have a car and is very suitable for accommodation to visit the Puglia region. There are also great restaurants, cafes and bars in the marina of the area where the house is nearby. Our host is very caring, friendly and generous, gave all the necessary information when he first greeted us and when he came to receive the key, he gave a little Italian delicacy as a gift.

It’s definitely budget accommodation, but you get what you pay for. The bathroom was the best I had in all of my accommodations on the island, quite modern which I appreciated. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was basic but decent. I didn’t use the pool that there was plenty of guests making use.

Can be noisy late at night depending on location.
We went to several good restaurants but the Sea waves restaurant is to be avoided at all costs.
The food was awful and sub standard staff.

Small island with a lot to see and experience.
Small island with a lot to see and experience. Public transport was easy to use and there were also lot of affordable excursions to take on the island and in the neighbouring islands. I visited early in the summer and it was very verdant and beautiful. Locals were friendly and the island was fairly clean. Very safe for a solo traveller!

The harbour looked great, Tigaki was nice as was Lambi Beach. the only drawback was the derelict buildings around, the rubbish and the constant mithering of certian cafe/restaurant owners not taking no for an answer!
Fijas bar for breakfast was great and the Ionian restaurant for evening meals, plus Vinyli bar for a quiet drink opposite the Pantheon apartments..

I spent hours walking around trying to figure out where and when to catch a city bus to a site and finally gave up. I started to walk and there were no signs so I finally took a taxi. I walked back, and could have easily walked there, but no signs. Good restaurants. Romana house is worth a visit. Archeological Museum was o.k. Many places closed Tuesday including the museums. I like Kos better than Rhodes, but it is still too touristy for me.

Had an amazing stay with my girlfriend. Pete and his staff were amazing helping us settle in and suggested areas, beaches and points of interest to explore in Kos. The room were extremely clean and was larger than expected! Only a short 5-10 min walk to the centre of Kos Town which meant we could enjoy the many restaurants and bars on offer in the town centre. Pete also gave us a small welcome and leaving gift which was greatly appreciated. 100% would recommend and will be returning in the near future!
I only stayed for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The owner is an example of simpaty and I felt home since the moment I arrived. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but also very close to the Dolphin square/city centre. The room facilities & breakfast were good enough for what I was looking for.
I would like to recommend a restaurant that is just 4min from the hotel - Kyriakos. They serve great local food and drinks.
Excellent hotel, very relaxing, fantastic choice at breakfast and great staff! Rooms really big and spacious, almost like suites. Pool and bar area amazing. Location is approx 1km out of town but it’s a very flat walk so if you like walking then it’s not a problem, only 10 mins to the beach and town centre. But that is offset by the hotel and great facilities. Definitely recommend!
Spacious clean apartment with comfy beds close to centre of Kos town. The management were very reactive and helpful when we decided to extend our stay for one additional night.
Nice, quiet budget hotel right next to Dolphin Square and the harbour of Kos Town. Nice people, too, always trying their best to make up to your needs.
