Great communication and help from antonis prior to our arrival. Beautiful location and so tranquil…truly amazing and we have travelled a lot in the Greek islands. Staff attentive and friendly. Lovely private beach with sun beds and kayaks. The restaurant above the property is excellent and treated us like family. We rented a room with a balcony that was good value and a beautiful view - the rooms with pools looked spectacular however…next time! A truly beautiful place to stay and highly recommended

Beautiful, clean, great food. Very comfortable beds, special mattress and pillows, fabulous. Loved the pool area, very well looked after by John and friends. Also the lovely space at the beach just across the road from hotel. The great bar person John comes across with a drink or food and also has a friendly chat with everyone.
Nicky, what a lovely pleasant girl, nothing was a bother to her and also the rest of the stall who made our holiday so enjoyable. We felt very much part of the family and would thoroughly recommend a visit.

This accommodation is beautifully situated above the rooftops of Karlovasi, offering a stunning view towards the sea and the church perched on the hill. The rooms are spacious. The sunsets are magical, and the atmosphere is incredibly warm. The owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met!

A small, quiet resort with a good supermarket, a few tavernas and a couple of cafe-bars. We liked it a lot (all the tavernas we tried were great) and would recommend it for people looking for a quiet base to explore the island. If you are staying here you should really have your own wheels.
