Beautiful beaches, good selection of tavernas serving gorgeous Greek food, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and shops. The resort is big enough for choice but not too big and caters for all ages. We stayed for 11 nights and only ate in the same taverna once which was our choice but there were other tavernas we hadn't tried. Pefkos is now taking over from Lindos as a destination to enjoy the local Greek experience and food. Friendly people in all the bars and Tavernas. The big plus is it's cheaper than Lindos but just as good. It doesn't have the Acropolis but once seen...... We are both in our late 70s so the town scene was not for us,but sure it is ideal for many.We walked to and fro on several occasions to shops from our hotel perched on the side of a steepish hill. Beautiful location for a quiet vacation. If you want to enjoy within the resort or nearby beaches, then this is a great place. It gets cleaned every 2 days and has an air con which is very much appreciated since it can get super hot in Rhodes.
