the location of the hotel was great - and suitable to get to the old town and Elli Beach.
However the hotel needs a lot of work - quite an old building.
The breakfast was great and varied.
I would like to thank Tony from the kitchen for always filling my plunger and being so friendly.

Oh, it is a gorgeous town!
Oh, it is a gorgeous town! The bus schedule seems off, I'd recommend people mind that, but overall I really liked the town. The water was very wavy, and it was so windy at the Elli Beach I had to leave with a headache, but I realized if I were to walk by the port I would have been so much happier and the water and the nearby beach there seemed very peaceful. Every single person I interacted with to purchase something, whether a coffee or a sandwich, were super nice. I'm planning to go back!

Fascinating historic old city.
Fascinating historic old city. The volume of ancient structures and preserved artifacts is amazing. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars to enjoy. Our boutique hotel was one to remember the hostess Eleana is the best.
All of this only encumbered with the bane of modern travel, the cruise boaters. Yuk

Rhodes Old Town is packed with history, winding "roads" and alleyways, shops and restaurants galore. The history of the place is tangible and amazing. There are some things to maybe take in to account. Most cars and trucks are not permitted within the Old Town walls so it is primarily a walking town. It is small-ish so fairly easy to do. Beware however, motor scooters and motorbikes do not seem to be restricted so be prepared at times to slide, or sometimes jump, over to the side of the alleyway to avoid them. Our advice, if you hear the putt putt of a scooter, get to the side of the alley as some riders can be in a hurry. Also be aware that the cruise ships dock very close to the Town Gates and can disgorge a lot of people in to a very small-ish space so be prepared for possible crowds. All that being said, we would have stayed a day or two longer if only to try a few more of our hotel hosts recommendations for visiting and eating. If we return to Rhodes, we will likely book another stay within the Old Town walls and recommend the same to visitors to the island.

Rhodes Old Town, with its massive and extensive walls and fortifications, and its myriad streets and alleyways, is a must-visit for anyone interested in history, military architecture, and photography. Some areas are overrun by cruise ship and other tourists, but, out of the main season at least, it is easy to get away from the crowds, and find beautiful quiet areas, restaurants with excellent food, and welcoming bars.

A very historical island, Rhodes is.
A very historical island, Rhodes is. A 4-5 day trip is good enough for a good overview. Also, do not miss going to Lindos town, an hour's drive from Rhodes. Also, Anthony Quinn Beach is not to be missed. Rhodes Castle, shops, and houses within the breach of the castle walls are very nice. Also, restaurants, patisseries, and coffee shops are charming. I recommend visiting this historical island for history (Ottoman-Turkish, Greek, European (past knights' kingdom and Templar knights), shopping, tourism, and jogging (every day above 10000 steps are guaranteed). Taxis are not expensive, and Greek people are all very kind, as are the Turkish minority.

Great hotel close to everything. Amazing staff, especially Rania at reception who accommodated us earlier than the scheduled check-in and we got an amazing room with a sea view. Also the people in the bar and restaurant were very nice. The food is tasty and there are plenty of drinks as part of the All inclusive. Once again, we would like to thank everyone for a wonderful stay, because it's always about the people.
A very good hotel. Well decorated and comfy rooms. Good selection at breakfast. Restaurant food good and reasonably priced. Swimming pool and sun deck area nice and games room an added extra. Good location for all attractions in Rhodes town and 10 mins walk from the airport bus stop. The price we paid was very good for the quality of the hotel.
The hotel is located in the Old Town, only a few minutes away from all top spots and restaurants within the walls of the Old Town.
The staff is very helpful and does their best to make your stay a pleasant one.
Breakfast was rich and tasty.
For me this hotel has the best location in Rhodes Town- you are about 20 metres from Mandraki Harbour, the bus station and anywhere you want to go! The staff are lovely and the breakfast really nice.
