The property had a very luxurious feeling and close to the main town (5-10 minute drive). The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included and it was delicious, highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved this hotel & would go back in a heartbeat! The staff were incredible too & so helpful - Denise & Kela in the restaurant, thank you so much for the super delicious breakfasts & service! Sophia & Angela on reception, superstars for all of their info, massively appreciated all of your help & Eirini as well for her efficient communication & assistance following the changes I needed to make to the booking.
We had the family room on the top floor which was perfect for us, so spacious & the two bathrooms came in so handy. The cleaning service was superb too, with fresh towels every day & bath robes & slippers, which were handy out on the huge balcony! The beds were super comfy too. And the view was just absolutely incredible, I could sit there all day & look out at the sea & amazing churches. This room was just the best also to watch the Easter traditions, couldn't ask for a better view!
The pool had just been refurbished & it was absolutely stunning up there - we had the place to ourselves too which was lovely. The bar serves fantastic G&Ts too!
The kids loved the pool table also by the way & kept them occupied & off their phones for a bit!
It is perfectly located next to everything & parking along the seafront was easy, with only a few minutes walk to the hotel.

If you haven't seen this island yet, you must visit it and definitely put it on your itinerary. What nature has created on this island is absolutely breathtaking.

Kalamaki is a great place to stay for families.
Kalamaki is a great place to stay for families. There is a wide range of fabulous restaurants and a lovely beach all in walking distance. Also be sure to spend an evening on the old road where you have wonderful bars like the Island bar and the Luna bar etc. Not to mention the hidden ones like the Cave bar etc. You can conveniently get to town via bus or the fun train. If you fancy a day out seeing the island etc then Nefis travel always have you covered. As for the people they are warm and welcoming and always super friendly. Once you come once you will return.

Zakinthos town is 50/50 a town where people live and the 'posh' area aimed at tourists and the prices they are prepared to pay. Very few real Taverners - Best prices and food can be found around the outer areas of the sea front. Some very interesting buildins and churches (visiters generally welcome).

The town offers a great downtown and access to beautiful beaches. you have to rent a car or a quad. the car is more convenient as some of the beaches are too far and would be uncomfortable on a quad. The food is great, and the restaurants are in abundance.

Dennis, the Manager, is a scammer.
Dennis, the Manager, is a scammer. He requested a cash deposit upon check-in, promising that I would receive it back at checkout through Bookings. However, at checkout, he falsified an email from me, claiming that I had received the full deposit back in cash. When I tried to follow up, he blocked my calls. After filing a complaint through Bookings, he told them that I had tampered with the power tag, causing an electricity fault, and that the deposit was needed to cover the repair costs. This is all false information, as my presence in the room all day using the air conditioning would not have made a difference.

I liked thr variations between marinas, beaches and restaurant facilities.
And once again the people were so courteous and polite.
The one big downside encountered on most greek islands was the state of the infrastructure particularly the pavements. Also the litter and discarded domestic items were very disappointing.

The staff was lovely! Breakfast was amazing and location was clearly the best you could have. The beach is just next to the hotel, you have restaurants and shops on your doorstep! Everyone was so welcoming here. The bedroom was so nice ! It was also cleaned every day and they were giving us free bottles of water every morning too for our mini-bar. The balcony was fabulous ! We loved our stay!
Filoxenia is a lovely place situated about (a pleasant) twenty minutes walk from Zakynthos town and about 3km from the Airport. The countryside setting is very peaceful with nice views. The room was spacious, comfortable with all amenities and was cleaned daily. Nikos, the manager, was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and contributed greatly to a most enjoyable stress-free week
Very upmarket penthouse room with a restricted view of the harbour area. Very close to the promenade, restaurants, shopping...
We parked beside the harbour promenade, about 4.00 p.m. indeed there were spaces in front of the apartment too. This was September, so high season might be more tricky. But basically you just have to accept its an old town centre not designed for cars.
It was our third stay here. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful a had some variation every day. The town centre is a short walk away-lots of places to eat and shopping galore.
