We stayed at this hotel in the central Wan Chai area, located above Hop Well Mall, and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent from check-in onwards—the staff at the lobby, restaurant, and housekeeping were all professional and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was outstanding! A wide and high-quality selection, including bread, cheeses, salads, eggs, muesli, cakes, coffee, soups, and Asian dishes. A truly luxurious breakfast. One of the great advantages of this hotel is its direct access to the mall, which is very convenient. There’s also a supermarket inside, which was really useful. The only downside is the access to the hotel—you need to take an elevator to the 3rd floor and then switch to another elevator to reach the lobby on the 19th floor. Once you understand the way, it’s not really an issue. We had a great stay and will definitely return!

The location was very convenient as it was very close to the MTR station with two exit options and one with a lift. It also has a numerous 24/7 convinient stores like 711 and Circle K across the street. The breakfast has very good and strong coffee!

I recently stayed for 5days in the Continental Club room at the Marco Polo Hongkong, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay. However, I did feel that the decor could use some updating, as it felt a bit outdated. While the room was adequate and comfortable for my needs, a refresh in design would elevate the overall ambiance. Despite this, the amenities and services offered in the Continental Club made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend it for those looking for a convenient location with excellent service.

The hotel is very convenient. It is near to the train station and the transport to the airport is just across from the hotel. There are also a lot of convenient shops you can buy goods from.

The hotel is well maintained, in a central location, and has very professional and helpful staff.

9 floor with view of waterfront, very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Our entire stay was exceptional and will be a costumer of MO whenever possible.

Location was wonderful! Close to everything. Michelin restaurant just across the street Wonderful shopping at queens road Of taking the AirPort Express from the airport - take the passenger walkway bridge . I did not know and took the streets which was difficult to maneuver with luggage and all the people. I wished the website would have stated that as an option of walking . Service was wonderful. Housekeeping was very good.

The receptionist waited for me even if i arrived at 2am! The hotel is very close to everything - restaurants, 711, train and bus stations. The hotel also has a really nice lobby with free water and a vending machine for snacks and drinks. They also have a washing machine upstairs. The room size is sufficient specially for the price you pay. The room looks and smells clean. I love that my smart room had a view of the church across the street. The AC works well and so do the hotpot, hairdryer, etc.

I love the fact we were in the middle of the city. Close to the subway- and main station to get to the airport.

Location is close to all the good cafes, restaurans and bars at Central. Exceptional value hotel. Room is clean and spacious, shower pressure is strong and has heater. Fast wifi, provides free water and coffee.
