The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, and the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus after a day of exploring. The parking was spacious and convenient, making everything hassle-free. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

United StatesPortello is perfect from the location just inside the city wall to private parking that is free. The rooms are well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The staff is helpful yet was not intrusive. The big surprise is the amazing restaurant downstairs, Portello. The best buzara I’ve ever had and the bread was delicious.

Krk is a lovely town with a great variety of beaches. If you don’t mind walking a little, you can find something for every taste — from convenient city beaches with cafés nearby to more peaceful and wild spots. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea.

For travelling by car with a family, this is an ideal...
For travelling by car with a family, this is an ideal destination. The roads are good, and there are many beautiful beaches, each with its own unique natural character. The only downside may be the single access route to the island, which can easily become congested, but that is simply part of travelling to islands.

Very pretty historic town with shingle beaches nearby. Quite touristy but still has a lot of charm. The castle and the cathedral are both worth visiting. The restaurants are decent and we had polite, friendly and efficient service at every one we went too.

Krk is an amazing island... I am in love with Krk... Excellent for a family trip as well as anybody who prefers night life and adventure...
The Old Town of Krk is just amazing, with a beautiful Cathedral, as well as wonderful restaurants, shops, excellent ice-cream, galleries...
Sport activities are numerous...
Adriatic sea is very special, a bit colder comparing to Southern coast, but we swam even in the end of September and enjoyed it...
Excellent traffic connection with other beacutiful cities like Rijeka or Pula, Labin... I would recommend doing a sight-seeing and short trips around Istria...
Great wines, food, beaches, nature, art...
I recommend it and will come back...

We loved our stay here in Krk. We had a lovely relaxing time which is just what we needed. Room was brilliant with everything we needed and we had breakfast on the terrace every morning! Terrace was a lovely relaxing area with plenty of seating. Location is brilliant, only a 5 min walk to everything…beach, port, shops, restaurants. Kimmo and Yvonne were lovely and it was great we were able to make use of their paddle board, ‘French fries’ floaty and many other things they have for guests! Thank you!

The house and room were really clean and tidy. The location is also great, not in the middle of the city hustle but 10 minutes away from it by foot, also from the beach.
Boris and his mother were super friendly and kind hosts, the breakfast was great with everything you would want: coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, bread, ham and cheese, etc. The room was spectacularly clean, fresh with good AC (we were there during a heat wave).
Overall I totally recommend this b&b in Krk, it was a wonderful stay!

The host is super friendly and helpful. Spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment, even if some small thing is missing one can and it will be provided. Nice parking space under grapevines and cover, so so shade for the cars as well.
Wifi worked great all the time.
Location wise it's literally 8 minutes walk from downtown, and you pass the ambulance/clinic along the way.
We really had a great stay there and next time when we go to Krk we will definitely be staying here.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with amazing view from terrace. Bedrooms are very comfortable and big plus is two bathrooms. Krk centre is walking distance away. Also it has free parking near the house. Host was friendly and welcoming. It was better than advertised, big recommendations!
