One of the cutest hotels I ever stayed at. The breakfast was great! Small but high quality and made with love! The staff was also really nice, especially the manager was really nice and helpful! We really liked our room. The view was amazing!

Hotel As was a small nice little hotel. It was extremely quiet. The receptionists were so helpful, knowledgeable really represented the hotel nicely. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location in city centre. I was already quest in more small hotels like this in Split, but Jupiter Luxury is far the best. Rooms are great, very good choice of breakfast.... front desk employees very helpful and polite.

One of the very few hotels that cares a lot to do some serious thinking about what travellers need and want, and then delivers! It's a new facility, part of a hospitality school, so students and their mentors are running the place in addition to full-time staff. Par excellence in everything that matters. Highly recommended

Great location both for business and holiday. The view is amazing, rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The pool area is great to chill after a long day and the gym is also well-equipped. Room service is quick and the food is delicious.

The staff was very polite, the hotel was very friendly, and breakfast was also good. The room was spacious enough and had a huge bed. If you can, take the room with a sea view, it is worth the money. The indoor pool was great, clean and not crowded. Take into consideration that we visited in December.

The restaurant was top notch - so good that we chose to eat there almost every night. The wait staff was superb, particularly Ivan, who elevated our dining experience. The breakfast was quite good with lots of variety - and excellent tea! The bed was super comfortable and the room was dark - I slept very well. The view from our room was magical.

We were greeted enthusiastically by Irene at the front desk who upgraded our room to a sea view. She let us know that their restaurant offers many gluten free items which was a wonderful surprise! The breakfast was excellent and the location for us was very good. We were completely satisfied with everything.

Everything! Pre-communications through booking, a proper arrangement for someone pick us up from the bus station. A most welcomed reception with all the details introduced to us, where to visit, how to go to the location we planned to have the island tour, everything! Breakfast boxes were arranged if we missed the breakfast period. Beach towels prepared since they know we were going snorkeling the following day. Helped to book a taxi with driver help picking up the luggage... It had been for sure the best experience so far in my experience of Europe hotels! Local is also super!

The location of the hotel is amazing in a very interesting area. We loved the very historic feel of the hotel building itself and the decor. The staff were incredible, and were so kind and helpful. The amazing 3-course breakfasts were served in a wonderful restaurant in a beautiful square just round the corner.

Very nice location and suite was comfortable. We were able to checkin earlier which was so nice since we had a toddler and also able to book another room to stay later in the evening since our flight was late at night. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was amazing, the location and the hotel staff made the trip so much more memorable. The hotel is direkt in the palace, the room does have an old antique style but yet cozy and classy. The breakfast food was limited but right amount and the eggs were made to perfection! The hotel owner was extremely kind, it felt like a coming home instead to a huge hotel buisness. The staff also responded quickly to our requests, and made sure we had a good stay. The room was very clean and bed was on the softer side but still could sleep well. We went in the off seasons so it was not loud, even though the hotel is direkt in a major tourist spot.

The location was excellent, the room was beautiful and breakfast was very nice. The staff was very nice, Luka was especially endearing and helpful with restaurant suggestions and the best place for an gelato and helped us with our heavy luggage, we really appreciated that. Since the hotel is in the pedestrian only section, the hotel has dedicated parking in a parking garage which worked out very smoothly.

The location was amazing, directly next to the Vestibul from where we could hear the beautiful singing of a Klapa group of male singers many times during the day. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which was exceptionally good. The best was however the friendly and kind service we received from the staff during our stay. I can certainly recommend this hotel for an extraordinary experience.
