The property was spacious and well appointed. The host had purchased some essential food items for us to use which was very beneficial. The property is across the street from a shopping mall with a large grocery store so that is very convenient when you are staying for a few days.

Lovely hotel with everything you need. The restaurant and bar area had a great vibe, and the rooms were spotless. Loved the fact there were plenty of mirrors and good lighting - which can be rare in a lot of hotel rooms! The water pressure was perfect, and we appreciated the option for both a detachable and rainfall shower option. The hairdryer was really good aswell with no annoying press-and-hold button. It’s the little details like these that made our stay genuinely enjoyable.

I was exactly as described, nice sea view, perfect location with supermarkets, harbour and old town within a 5-minute walk. It was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It was easy to check in and out and we had no problems or complaints of any kind. If we visit again, we would definitely try to book this place again.

Absolutely loved my stay here, you can tell that the owners have put their heart and soul into the place, such great vibes. I didn't meet the hosts in person but they were available via WhatsApp and responded immediately! I had room 2 which had a private balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs which was such a great surprise! You could help yourself to free tea, coffee and other snacks. There was also 2 free bottles of water in the fridge which I thought was a really nice touch. I'll definitely come back here again. Its really easy to find from the bus station and only a few minutes walk. There are lots of shops nearby too. Thank you for a beautiful stay ❤️🌞
Ps I noticed a few comments about how small the bathroom is and I honestly didn't find this a problem at all...please don't let this put you off! The shower is great and there were lots of toiletries to choose from. As a solo traveller I felt 100% safe, hvala.

Zadar isn't the biggest city and we saw it all in one day. It does make a great base to see other parts of Croatia however. We stayed for three days, spent one exploring the city, one island hopping and one at the Plitvice Lakes national park. In the evenings after our trips it was great to be in the beautiful old town to eat and enjoy some drinks at the quaint bars.
It is cheaper than most of Croatia and no less beautiful, I Would definitely recommend a visit, but no more than 3-4 days depending on how many day trips you would like to do.

Zadar is a lovely city, but the surrounding area is even more impressive. There are beautiful national parks, stunning islands just a short boat ride away, and the seafood is truly excellent – fresh, flavorful, and widely available. It’s a fantastic place for nature lovers and food enthusiasts alike.
That said, prices are definitely on the higher side, especially in restaurants and tourist areas – something to keep in mind when planning your trip.

Zadar is a really fun destination but after 5 days, you have seen almost everything, including a day at the national park. Without a car it is easy to enjoy the city center, bars and restaurants. A lot of beaches and beautiful weather, so for a short vacation to the sun, beach and drinks it is nice.

Our 6 nights stay in Zadar was really enjoyable due to its 'laid back' ambience, friendly and knowledgeable locals, terrific restaurants (particularly Bruschetta) and bars, fine weather, spectacular sunsets and interesting history. There is also a good choice of excursions by land or sea.

Zadar's old town is lovely, the cobblestone streets are mostly flat, making for easy walking. Lots of churches, ruins, and the Organ plays incredible music. Go early to beat the crowds and see where the locals hang.

We spent 2 weeks travelling Croatia and Sites of Zadar was by far the nicest apartment we stayed in.
The location can't be beaten- in the centre of the old town and everything on your doorstep.
The apartment was modern, recently renovated and spotless. The bathroom in particular was lovely and the shower pressure was great.
The host, Vladimir, was very friendly, easy to communicate with and offered a flexible check in time.
We would 100% return next time we visit Zadar.
Clean, comfortable, modern, new hotel only 10-15 minutes walk from Zadar's old town. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant when we arrived, and it was the nicest meal we had in Zadar. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was very quiet.
it was clean, the staff was friendly, when we stay in 5 star hotels we get a cleaner in every day, the apartment doesn’t get serviced at all but it was ok for us as we were out all day and didn’t stay in the property much.
It was all perfect: Ana, the owner, is super nice,
and the apartment great. It is like a 5 star hotel.
It is super new, super clean, super complete and
located in the heart of the old town.
100% recommended ! Tks Ana!
