We had relocated from a villa in Seminyak to Aston Kuta to be close to airport before leaving. The hotel staff were wonderful and the price of the accommodation was great. The hotel is quite dated from the images on various websites but suited our needs to be close to airport for our final night.
The staff were fantastic, attentive and made sure we had adjoining rooms for our family.
An error in our bar bill which I hadn't even realised took place was also quickly addressed. I am very impressed with their honesty and service.

Excellent location. We had a King Size bed which was huge and so comfortable. Gardens and pool area was so clean and well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas around the pool. The food at the Sands restaurant was excellent, with the breakfast catering for all nationalities. We usually had breakfast around 10am, when it was reasonably quiet. Always ate in the separate air conditioned room, which had great views of the pool and beach. All the staff were so helpful and friendly it wouldn’t be fair to pick one out.

We stayed at the back of the Hotel and were situated next to the pool. The pool was a relaxing space. I was impressed with signage that explained "Do not play your own personal music around the pool". This is very considerate as people are on holidays for many different reasons, so quiet time is important for people to relax and read a book etc. The room including the bathroom appeared to be freshly decorated, lighting was really good. Pillows were really good.
