Early check in possible and the main feature it's near the waters facing the harbour. The staff are very adaptable to guests' itinerary and went the length to arrange early packet breakfast. Warm hospitality too. The room is decently cleaned and functional toilet with bidet.

Ketanu - is absolutely new , stylish, well organized and highly detailed lodge! SPA lodge it is like in a luxury movie. Food and a chef- like you are eating in France, not in a secluded island in the middle of nowhere. Pool, view, terrace, territory even a place where you have a shower- absolutely stunning!

I highly recommend this hotel! I absolutely loved my stay, it was such a relaxing and peaceful place. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby! The food at the restaurant was phenomenal, truly one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were all very friendly and always made sure I was having a great time, which made the experience even more special. And the wolves… wow! Seeing them was magical. I honestly felt like I was in heaven 😊

As soon as you walk in you are greated personally by the staff and offered a delicious welcome salad of fruit. The property is very secluded and has everything you need. The small villa feeling appartments are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious enough for 2. It also has a personal pool and nice sun chairs. Also the shower was the best we had an the Island. If you feel like exploring the surroundings you are close to the hotspots by grab (scooter) in only 15 to 20 minutes. We went to Melasti Beach and an outside market and too Bali Collection (Nusa Dua) by cran car. However Eywa Retreat itself is so beautiful and peaceful it was difficult for us to leave the property. Whether it is a yoga class, a drink at the bar or (in my opinion) very high quality food, everything you need is there. The staff is always ready to help you with whatever you need. I had a big rash because i went to Nusa Penida before and i got medication and my scratched knee was taking care of. The property, the food, the staff, management and owner are all in one word: wonderfull and the stay was magnificant!

The hotel has got a beautiful design. It is quite conveniently located - a walking distance to many shops and cafes. The restaurant in the hotel offers a variety of tasty, local and western dishes with some healthy options, too. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help. A place to return to.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. When we had some initial issues with our room, the staff went above and beyond in fixing them and making us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is amazing and perfectly located in Ubud, the restaurant has great breakfast and dinning (we always had breakfast and dinner there as the food was so good), but the very best thing about the hotel is the kind and extremely competent staff (special mention to Adi and Gusti who are just incredible people). Loved the easy communication through whatsapp.

This stay was exceptional in everything. The staff did everything they could to make our stay something special from the beginning to the end. Not only the service was exceptional but the villa, facilities, and all amenities. We booked the Cobra Villa for 3 nights, an absolutely amazing villa with large pool and jacuzzi where you could see perfection and love for each and every detail. The staff made an incredibly great effort to meet and exceed our expectations regarding wellness, activities, food, drinks, etc. The whole atmosphere in Belalu is magical. The only downside of our stay was that we had to leave again. We recommend Belalu to anybody who is looking for an experience out of this world and a special place full of beauty, tranquility, positive energy, heartfelt hospitality and embracing nature like no other.
