A family-run bed and breakfast in a quiet location, Inveraray has wonderful views of the Gap of Dunloe, MacGillycuddy's Reeks and the mountains of Killarney. It also offers free WiFi.

We had a great welcome and Ann & Fergal gave us good recommendations about what to do and where to go. The room was comfortable and we missed nothing, here and there it’s a bit badly soundproof but it’s a small house and everyone was considerate towards the others. The breakfast was very good and the national park is right around the corner, we would always come back to stay here.
Boasting marble bathrooms and spacious rooms with mountain views, The Brehon Hotel & Spa overlooks Killarney National Park. Guests can relax in its luxurious Anú Spa.
This charming country house hotel is in the famed Aghadoe area, just a 10-minute drive from Killarney town centre.

We didn't partake in the breakfast, but they had a small soiree for some VIP's the night we arrived and we were invited as impromptu guests. Soon thoughtful!
The Fairview is located in the heart of Killarney's town centre. This 4-star, boutique hotel features spacious rooms with free WiFi, private bathrooms and hearty, Irish breakfasts.

You are out in the country so a car is probably needed but the mountain views are wonderful and the quiet is lovely. It's a short drive to Killarney and all the shopping and restaurants you could ever want. The national park is within minutes and hiking is 5-15 minutes away depending on where you go.

The property was in a beautiful courtyard setting on the grounds of Beaufort House . Beautiful gardens, space and exterior for kids. It was nestled amongst a tranquil countryside setting .The house was spacious , charm and very homely. The hosts did their utmost to help us. It was only 10 minutes from the centre of Killarney so we had the best of both worlds. We will definately go back in the future. The nicest holiday home we ever stayed in Ireland.

An absolute must while staying in or passing through Beaufort, is a meal at The Beaufort Bar Restaurant. The staff are friendly and accomodating, the atmosphere perfect and the food is divine. Especially recommend the hake dinner with gratin potatoes. The fish is an inch thick and pan-fried to perfection.
Beaufort house is an excellent location for exploring this beautiful part of Ireland. The cottage was quiet, comfortable, with spacious rooms and fully equiped. For light sleepers like myself the bed was very comfortable and no bothering external lights. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. There was delicious home baked bread (by the host) on arrival plus the basics. Rachel and Donald advised us on hiking trails, lent us bikes and guide books and showed us round the historic house. We had a wonderful stay.
My family and I loved our stay here. Our host was very kind, helpful and interesting. She made us feel very welcome and taken care of. We had very tasty breakfasts. We really enjoyed to sample her fresh home made jams. The garden was beautifully well kept and for us it really set the tone for a perfect weekend break, calm, peaceful and charming. There is a great pub near by The Beaufort Bar which is within walking distance if you fancy a pint and live music from the locals.
We like that it was close to Killarney, Corrins yard, where we done Carrauntoohil mountain climb, the ring of Kerry and to gap of Donloe. The owner was really friendly and her husband. Made tea for us both and biscuits as soon as we landed after 5 hours travelling. They went out of there way to be nice to us. It was home away from home, which was nice. Breakfast was fantastic. Full Irish breakfast we took but you could choose from a menu each morning what you wanted.
The country location by the mountains of Killarney National Park and just off the Ring of Kerry was great, very close to a beautiful riverside walk - the Fossa Way - a lovely wood with deer, O'Sullivan's waterfall and Lough Leane - I took loads of pictures - and the lovely riverside village of Beaufort. A petrol station/shop with an ATM on the ring is a few minutes away in Gortroe. The room itself was fine, wi-fi also good.
Eileen was so welcoming and friendly! And the bathroom was very large and accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional. So many menu items to choose from, included with the price. The property itself was beautiful, and the town nearby was so adorable. It was also quite fun chatting with other travelers over breakfast. Extremely high value for the price! And so nearby many tourist places.
Everything about Beaufort lodge is excellent.
Spotlessly clean, well furnished room with arm chairs, comfortable bed, plenty of towels.
Ulrike, the host, is very welcoming and passed on lots of ideas about what to do and see in the area.
Breakfast is exceptional with lots of choice and a variety of fresh fruit and homemade preserves.
We will certainly return!
Beautiful cottage! Sparkling clean and comfortable. All our needs anticipated. Very comfortable room and bedding.
The breakfast menu was extensive and lovingly prepared by our hostess! Homemade jams and breads, fresh fruit available. Our room had a refrigerator and hot plate if needed
Great location close to Gap of Dunloe, breathtaking scenery (also particularly convenient if attending event in Dunloe Hotel). Theresa and Eugene are wonderful hosts and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
The owners of this B&B were so welcoming, accommodating & kind. Made you feel like you were totally at home. This B&B & it’s owners I would rate more than 5 star & better than any over priced branded hotels.
We had the best time in Beaufort! Jen is just incredibly friendly, very thoughtful, and welcoming! We had a gorgeous view and the best breakfast every single day!
