The raw natural surroundings are simply breath taking and made it the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
The house itself is very clean, well maintained, and filled with positive energy, cosy, comfortable, and a wonderful escape from the city.
Special thanks to Tisha, the house cleaner, who is such a lovely and helpful person.
The welcome presents of wine and chocolate were a delightful surprise, very thoughtful and much appreciated.
We also loved the spaciousness of the house, the great fireplace, and the collection of books and board games, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Being able to bring dogs was amazing,just as delighted as we were!
Communication with the owner was prompt and supportive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
All in all, this is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for rest, relaxation, and nature at its finest. We would happily return!.

Belmullet is a lovely town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. We would recommend a takeaway from the Phoenix chinese restaurant and the coffee in Centra. The Belmullet peninsula is very beautiful, especially the numerous beaches on the Eastern and Western sides of the peninsula and topped off with the awesome view of Achill and out to the open sea from Faulmore, all within 10-15 km of the town. The Eastern side of the peninsula provides calm waters that would be excellent for kayaking or swimming while the Western side exposes you to the North Atlantic. Parking in the town can be challenging, but we were always able to find a parking spot with easy access to the centre.

Belmullet is a lovely town right beside the sea with a fantastic tidal pool - perfect for swimming in. There are several really nice restaurants and takeaways to choose from and pubs for a few drinks. I would recommend it to anyone for a breakaway.

Wonderful town, easy point to go places in North Mayo. Limited food options in case you are vegetarian. Must Visit: sunset at tidal pool, blacksod light house and sea safari, dawn Patrick's head, Erris head loopwalk and Elly bay beach

Belmullet is such a beautiful village but a long drive away, albeit beautiful drive along the coast via Ballycastle and Killala.
They are lacking cafe's but the pubs were hopping. Great evening. Our two day break felt like a week in a good way!

Belmullet is a small town but has everything you need.
Belmullet is a small town but has everything you need. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and it is ideal for a break away. The tidal pool is really nice for a swim and there are some really lovely long sandy beaches within a few miles of the town

Belmullet is quite a unique location on the Atlantic coast of Ireland. It's on the Wild Atlantic Way just north of Achill, but is not overrun with tourists. It's a small compact town and has more facilities than similarly sized towns in the West, with shops, cafés (special shoutout to Builín Blasta Cafe & Bakery), and pubs. You can sense that it has a strong local community spirit. It is also an Irish speaking area and on my brief visit I heard it spoken on a number of occasions.

Very warm and cosy hotel with friendly staff and great food. Breakfast in the bar from 9-12 so great for not so early risers. Normal breakfast in the restaurant from 7am also. Fabulous rooms and very comfortable and air conditioning at your control for heat is brilliant. Overall great stay.

Close to centre of Belmullet. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and complimentary drinks and some food. Ailish was so welcoming.
