Also took advantage of visiting a local distillery- fabulous ! The Shed .

Beautiful vibrant town with welcoming people everywhere.
Beautiful vibrant town with welcoming people everywhere. The area by the river is particularly beautiful. There are plenty of things to do and see and the market ( if you get the chance to see it) is lovely. The tiny Costello chapel is moving and a tiny gem. Really good range of places to eat and some very excellent ones amongst them. The whole town has a bustling vibrant feel and is a complete delight. It is well located to allow you to visit a range fo places of interest further afield.

We didn’t stay at the property. The little gem by the boardwalk was disgusting, dated, and did not have anything to recommend it. It was mis sold and I therefore request a complete refund. I understood that the bathroom was an en suite and that we would have some privacy and not sharing the apartment with the proprietor. We had to check into an hotel which cost us €500.00 for the three nights.
We await your response!!
Brilliant house, especially for children and a bonus that it allows pets. The children loved the trampoline and climbing frame.
Very private with plenty of space for the children and dogs to run about, yet only a 5 minute drive to Tesco and a shopping outlet, and a 10 minute drive to Carrick on Shannon town centre.
House quite modern, with a cosy living room. Nice view of the lake.
Will definitely return
Tucked away on Leitrim Village high street it could easily be missed at night-time but is more spacious than its outside suggests. It is only 100 meters from the Canal and Marina. Functioning as self-catering during the pandemic it has everything you need and everything is to a very high standard. We very much enjoyed our stay and it proved to be a good base for our 800km of travel. 5*
A friend and I stayed here while we were on a hen weekend in carrick on Shannon. We wanted a bit of peace and quiet away from the town and that is what we got! The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was perfect, all the amenities we needed and even a gorgeous terrace area to enjoy a cup of tea before hitting the town. Only wish we got to stay longer!
This was probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in! It was ideally situated to access Carrick On Shannon, being approx 3km from town centre. Kate, the owner of the place was such good craic, we will definitely go back. Breakfast was to die for, there was absolutely everything you could think of and more. Bedroom was so comfortable and we had such a great sleep.
The Room was fantastic had a really modern decor. the bathroom was spotless and must have been refurbished recently. An excellent location close to the Landmark Hotel. We were met by a lovely lady Madeline, who even held a parking space for us and showed us to the room. We stayed here because we were attending a wedding at the landmark and this was perfect.
The Landmark is centrally located in Carrick on Shannon,So easy access to the town on foot and the wider area by car.Parking was free and easy to find.My view of the River Shannon was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.Food was excellent. The staff were amazing all friendly and welcoming with a smile on their faces.
House was both quirky and lovely. Fiona the host was extremely helpful and had stoves lighting on our arrival. It was very central and we enjoyed evening meals only a minutes walk from the house. I would definitely recommend a trip to Carrick on Shannon and this house is in the perfect location presented beautifully.
The location in relation to Carrick on Shannon & Jamestown which was my ultimate goal was top class, the Breakfast was excellent, the check out time limit was generous & much appreciated, the staff member on Breakfast & the Hostess couldn’t have been more welcoming. Thanks to all concerned.
Great value room, and very comfortable. Ideally located in Leitrim Village, close to Carrick and easy to get anywhere. Very welcoming and friendly, and everything spotlessly clean. Great having a microwave / fridge just to make some meals a bit easier. Wifi was great.
Nice property but cost was very high given the quality. The location is fab, we sat watching boats go by in the sun outside which was lovely. The food was very nice. we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel and staff were fab.
Comfortable and very accommodating to our family needs. Also rooms were lovely great tv and lovely tea and biscuits. And the old Irish papers on the walls brilliant. A real home feeling hotel. Lovely to see.
Thank you so much!
Great location with very convenient parking, the kitchen area it was very well equipped, warm apartment, very comfortable beds too.
