Hotel was in a great location. Very short walk from the train station. We arrived quite early in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the hotel reception. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had been worried about noise but there was no issue with this at all. I slept great. Rooms had air con which was a bonus. The breakfast next morning could not be beat. You get a proper served breakfast and they also have an array of pastries etc as well. And you can get a good cappuccino as part of the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel. I have stayed in two other hotels in Galway and both were fine but I felt this was exceptional.

Incredibly comfortable room from the pillow-top mattress to the electric window shade. Dinner was delicious! I'll definitely be back for more. Thanks for having me

Fantastic beds! Usually hotels very soft beds that kills our back but these were firm and so comfy! Great to have slippers. Great toiletries. The room had coffee machine and everything was very clean. It was great that parking was included. Good sound proof.

I thought this was a wonderful hotel with very comfortable and spacious rooms. Location was great to even though if it was off the beaten path, it was just minutes on a bus into Galway city center. The food in the restaurant was phenomenal! The employees were all wonderful and extremely friendly! I highly recommend.

It was so well run and was so clean

The staff were friendly and professional, our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We particularly loved the bathrooms with our walk in showers, which gave that added touch of luxury. The food in the restaurant, both buffet breakfast and evening menus, was beautifully cooked (especially the sea bass, which was outstanding. Compliments to the chef.) Parking at the hotel was plentiful and well spaced and we were delighted with the ample provision for disabled guest parking as one of our group was a wheelchair user. There was plenty of space for us to take the wheelchair in and out of the car. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close enough to the city for easy access and adjacent to the main arterial routes making reaching the hotel and touring the county very easy. The spar shop and filling station on the right side of the building was a real bonus, with the added advantage of having the Terryland shopping complex a short walk away. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of booking for business or leisure in Galway city.

Location great for all we needed, really clean rooms, very friendly staff, breakfast was really good and lots of gluten free things for my husband. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening and I’ve got to say it was one of the best meals we had all week (travelled all over) and the best meal I’ve ever eaten in a hotel. Very good price too. First class.

Loved how central the location was in the heart of Galway.

Myself and my daughter stayed last night, it was a walk away from the bus station from where we got off and a walk to the markets and Eyre square shopping centre and shop street only around the corner, perfect location and we will definitely be staying again! Thank you so much 😊

Everything was just perfect . And the location was great close to all amenities and town centre.

Aimee made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived in the hotel and this standard was carried through from the staff in the bar to the breakfast team and right to the accomodatiuon staff... There is a lovely team spirit in the hotel

Each room has a unique and entertaining mural which enlivens your stay. Staff is exceptionally accommodating: we left some valuables in the room after checking out and they were sent out to us the same day.
