We enjoy absolutely everything at this hotel. The rooms, the beds, the restaurants, the breakfast and of course, the beautiful grounds and welcoming staff, too!

Beautifully (re)decorated room with high end furnishings and fabrics. Comfortable bed and linens. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful atmosphere and extremely friendly staff and owner. Willing to help at a moments notice. We needed a taxi to take us to the rock of Cashel as there’s no public transportation to do that. They recommended Tony and he was absolutely fantastic. He gave us the best deal possible, and we were extremely pleased with him. He was very knowledgable of the area and told us lots of interesting stories. Highly recommend the hotel and Tony.

We stayed here as a party of 5, the room was perfect for us and each of us had a single bed. The shower was good and there was plenty of towels. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the main street. We stayed on a saturday night and had no issue with noise from other guests. Perfect hotel if you are going out exploring for the day with friends.

It's close to the city and there's a nearby car park around.

Great location (walking distance to attractions and pubs and train station), friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, nice view too!

Lovely heritage hotel right in down and close to castle. The property has an award winning bar and restaurant. Rooms very large, staff with friendly and breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend.

Lovely grounds, wonderful room, incredible breakfast.

Great location! We had a lovely walk along the river in the evening and took in a museum the next morning. The location made it easy to maximize our short stay.

Gorgeous little hotel with really lovely staff. Beauty of it being about 5 minutes from the main street is no noise at night which can be a feature in a lot of Kilkenny hotels. Will definitely return on our next Kilkenny trip.

Breakfast, friendly staff, pools & spa, dino trail, unreal, how close it was to Kilkenny town...

It was perfect - breakfast/restaurant & an Irish pub for the evenings. Had a nice little reading spot and everyone was very friendly. It was a close walk to the downtown area, it was a nice walk away from tourists each morning :)
