The pool was lovely and we got room service which was delicious also as our 2 year old was too tired after a day of exploring to go down to a dining room

Our stay at Cherry Tree House exceeded all our expectations! It is a dream house, in beautiful surroundings, very tastefully decorated. What impressed me was the attention to small detail, very welcome by tired travellers. The breakfast was the best we had in Ireland (we even had smoked salmon) and the view from the breakfast room beyond any description. The owner, Colleen, was extremely welcoming and made us feel quite at home. She was also very helpful with interesting suggestions what to visit in the area. This is a fantastic place, not to be missed. We hope to come again one day for a much longer stay.

Sarah was a super host, she had contacted me in advance of our arrival with directions to the house and the code for the key box. The house was warm & welcoming and she had lovely scones and eggs left out with more surprises in the fridge for us. The living area was quite spacious and there was an open log fire ready to be lit but it was not needed. Parking was right outside the front door.
Set in Moville, 32 km from Museum of Free Derry and Bloody Sunday Memorial, Luxury log cabin with wood fired hot tub features accommodation with a hot tub.

Lovely log cabin in a great location, totally tranquil but within walking distance of Moville, along a beautiful coastal path. The cabin had everything we needed, including its own private hot tub. Hosts Roma and Eamonn were great - giving us total privacy but on hand if we needed anything.
Set in Moville in the Donegal County region, with Moville Beach nearby, Central Town House, Moville offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

This is a great property and James was great to communicate with (even let us check in earlier than scheduled). Nice little touches such as some wine, biscuits and sweets and even some every day essentials in the fridge. Absolutely love Moville and will most definitely be booking this property again.

We were met by the owner who let us in and showed us around, offered recommendations for dinner and give directions to the beach, views were amazing, the out door bath was my favourite part, we sat by a fit pit outdoors in the evening relaxing and listening to some music, was great to have a night away and unwind 🌞

There wasn’t enough places to have a meal in the evenings everywhere closed early. No live music in pubs but we were told that it was too early in the season. Spring and Summer I think the pubs would be more lively

I thought Spindrift was delightful.
I thought Spindrift was delightful. The property was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I found the owners very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile by supplying a stocked fridge, a pre-set open fire and called to ensure we had everything we needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others

Moville & surrounding area has lots of good places to eat in...
Moville & surrounding area has lots of good places to eat in (e.g. Rosatos in Moville, Kealy's Seafood Bar in Greencastle and The Point Bar in Magilligan - take the short ferry trip across from Greencastle for it). Rosatos also do takeaways. The two supermarkets in the town also offer a wide variety of food, with hot and cold deli counters etc.
There are several lovely beaches nearby (e.g. Tremone beach, Shrove and Culdaff).
While there are some big tourist attractions, like Malin Head, don't forget to check out the lovely Glenevin Waterfall near Clonmany & nearby Tullagh strand, maybe en route to/from Ballyliffin. Lovely gift shop too in Carndonagh, which has a very good Supervalue supermarket.
Don't leave Inishowen without visiting Wild Ireland too!

A nice little place with good places to eat and enough to do in the locality - pitch and putt, beaches, good walking route, pottery design etc.
Venues like Rosatos and the Cosy Cottage provide good eating options.
Locals are very friendly and helpful.

Great comfortable apartment had everything we needed for our stay
located 1 min walk from harbour and 1 min from shops
Plenty of parking outside apartment
Communication was great from hosts and helped with a problem we had really quickly
Moville is a nice base for exploring inishowen peninsula and a nice 5 k walk from Moville to green castle along coast path
Nice food in Rosato pub and Trawlermans arms and Corner house pub good for drinks
A clean, tidy warm bungalow just outside the town/village of Moville. Very comfortable beds. The hosts left some provisions to get us started which was very thoughtful of them. Patrick provided us with information about places to visit and clear instructions as to how to get there. Couldn’t fault this couple for friendliness and hospitality. We’re only just home and already planning to return. All in all I have to say “highly recommended”.
Fabulous B&B, Very lovely family running home, cosy spacious rooms, very clean and quiet. Pets are welcome so next time I have to bring my little buddy with me. Breakfast was really tasty, never had such yummy porridge before and serving was like 5 star hotel..View from our rooms was beautiful and we felt very much like at home.
The food was amazing, such good value for money! The location was perfect for me and my family to tour around North Donegal! We will definitely be back!
