Excellent facilities, lovely staff, beautiful scenery and surroundings. The food was delicious (dairy/fish dinner). Quiet, serene and private rooms in standalone buildings.

I liked the location. Very close to Mahne Yehuda market, and we've done great walking from the hotel to the old city by foot. There's also the tram very close for those who don't wish to walk. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was ok, and our room was upgraded to a bigger room without us asking for it, THANK YOU.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The room was terrible dirty, The hotel is going on a massive renovations, everywhere I had dust, noise, just filthy. Even common area was full of dust and works debris. The ironing room looked like after a massive bomb hit it. I couldn't sleep untill midnight because of noise coming from a band who played just above my head. At 6:00AM I already woke up due to terrible noise of people doing renovations. During BF there was no coffee and the food quality was a shame. Very poor. Last time I will visit there.

The place was magnificent. Really luxurious, spacious, quiet, immaculate. The view was fabulous. The food was first quality. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we're ever had. Everything was very fresh and tasty, and abundant. Great pastry and cheese choices. Eggs made per request. Coffee was very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Everything was perfect. Will definitely come back.
