We liked the breakfast food and time for breakfast. The room size was also good. Very friendly staff. We had a technical issue. Our telephone call was immediately answered and the issue was solved with the help of the hotel staff.

Pleasant staffs provide useful information

Good location, walking distance to most of the downtown sights. New or quite well maintained room, restaurant, and complimentary sauna. Above all the staffs are attend and helpful! They got us a better room for the second stay

Great location in harbour area lots of restaurants and bakeries near by. Not to long of a walk to the bus stop 12 where tours pick you up. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean.

We liked the beauty of nature And the Iceland people

Everything was flawless from the customer service to the interiors, food and comfort of the bed. Felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. The location was in a lovely square about 10 mins from Rainbow street.

The hotel is the best hotels i stayed during our two-week travel in Iceland. The location is perfect, close to everything. The room is reasonable size, and rather quiet as we were not sure about the noise since there are pubs and restaurants that are surrounding the hotel. But the staff are very friendly and accommodating our requests. We didn't have breakfast due to early check out.

This is the right place if you’re looking for a clean, decent, quiet, centrally located hotel.

It’s near every single important place of the city. Also some tours started from there. Bus stop is near by as well. Restaurants, shops, 24/7 grocery, bars- everything in front of the hotel. Yes I have read some reviews about not so friendly staff but I can’t confirm this from my own experience. I work in tourism and I’m from Czechia- I do not expect everyone smiling like sunshine the whole day especially when there is no sun for long time 🙂
