Gorgeous pool and terrace area- unfortunately it was raining. The building is partially an Trulli which is very cool! Breakfast did the trick, nothing fancy but filled us up. They accommodated our road bikes and luggage transfers.

Alberobello is a special town. There is really nowhere else quite like it. That said, it is clearly a town that caters to and derives much of its economy from tourists. I don't think a visit during high season would be as enjoyable as during early April, when I was there. There is much to see in the surrounding area as well, so one does not need to spend more than two days exploring the town itself, which is compact and easy to navigate on foot.

The Trulli are wonderful to see during the day and at night they are magical. Plenty of eating options too. We hired a private driver from Bari Airport and were dropped off at the door of our stay in Alberobello. As we had a two night stay - we had time to walk/hike around the countryside close to Alberobello.

The accommodation and location was perfect.
The accommodation and location was perfect.
The downside was that Booking.com advised there was 6 Euro daily parking or 2 Euro per hour however that is not correct. Parking in Alberobello is paid parking only for visitors at 2 Euro per hour between 9am and midnight so daily cost for parking was 30 Euro per day. As we stayed 2 full days it cost us 60 Euro which was not expected. We expected to pay 12 Euro as per booking.com advice.

Alberobello is a magical place of trulli that's easy to navigate. We stayed outside town (in a trulli) but went into town in the evening for dinner and to see the town by night. Dinner was great, but the town is pretty quiet, so don't worry about getting accommodation right in town.

Roberto met us at the door and showed us through the trullo.
Roberto met us at the door and showed us through the trullo. He was incredibly patient and accommodating even with our limited English. There is so much care and attention to detail here, and the breakfast was beautiful too. They even catered to Coeliac disease! We will recommend this to everyone, and can’t wait to stay here again!

Definitely worth checking out for the uniqueness of the trulli. However, it’s unfortunate that they’ve basically turned the Rione Monti neighbourhood into a kind of circus, with all of the tacky souvenir shops. If visiting, I highly recommend checking out Rione Aia Piccola instead - this is the eastern part of the town where locals are actually living in trulli and there are no souvenir shops. Also, one or two nights is more than enough. If staying longer, consider doing a day trip to Locorotondo or Martina Franca.
The apartment is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Trulli of Alberobello.
Amazing decoration, gave the feeling of traveling back to time….
Very helpful hosts, always available.
Great breakfast in Terra Madre, where the owners are growing their own vegetables and herbs!
Don’t miss to visit Terra Madre for lunch or dinner, the vegetable selection and the dishes offered, are not to be missed! Very friendly and kind staff should be also mentioned! :)
The check in was easy and the young man so pleasant. It started the stay off great! Such an adorable little place. Sparkling clean, nice little kitchen, fantastic location! It is great for a couple, or couple with one child. The BEST was our little outdoor space, a lovely private patio. They have several different properties around town. Highly recommend if you want the Trulli experience at a good price , right in town. It was our favorite spot in Italy on a two month trip.
Best location in Alberobello, near one of the most beautiful streets of trulli houses, yet quiet. Fantastic views over the town from the roof terrace. Lovely old stone building, spacious room. My double room was really a self-contained apartment, with a private entrance and a complete kitchen, also a wonderful fireplace that looked like real fire but ran automatically on gas and kept the room very cosy. Good hot shower. Friendly personnel.
Host, Martino, is easily contactable and very welcoming. Provided excellent information on Alberobello and what to see. Breakfast each morning amazing. Fresh pastries set up in the lovely garden by Martino- easily the best cornetto we had in our month long Sicily/Puglia trip. The trullo is gorgeous and well equipped for a very pleasant stay. Easily walkable to the centre and train station. Would highly recommend.
We loved the experience of staying in Dimore Barsento. We felt like having a charming home in Italy. The attention and the care with all details were special! Notably, the owner welcomed us super late at night and took us to an open restaurant to have some food, waited and later took us personally to the charming trullo. There, we found several delightful and unexpected treats. Marvelous!
The trulli house was beautiful…attention to every detail. It was a beautiful place to relax after walking all day. It also had a private back yard. It was centrally located to everything. Whenever we had a question, needed help with getting a cab or any other issue, Natascia was immediately responsive. It could not have been better. I will recommend it to anyone going to Alberobello.
Alberobello was a relaxed & enjoyably part of our Puglia holiday. We wanted to spend a night in a trulli and we weren't disappointed.
The staff were amazing, professional and very helpful. The trulli was very spacious, good sized bathroom and living area and spotless.
A delicious Breakfast was served in a nearby restaurant. Abundant home made breads, pastries, jams and cakes
Perfect place for staying in Alberobello. In the surroundings of Trulli houses. Great communication with the host. Private parking was available for 7eur per day. Clean and comfortable apartment. Our trip was in April - a little cold in the evenings, so we highly appreciate the heating option. The guesthouse also has a little green garden for chilling. Highly recommended!
Everything abouy the hotel was perfect.
The location is perfect. 20-40 min drive from the top turist attractions in Puglia. ( Alberobello 6 min, Monopoli 20 min, Zoosafari 20 min, Polignano al mare 25 min, Ostuni 40 min)
The staff is super friendly, and were never bothered by my noisy kids.
The pool is perfect to rest.
The restorant is top.
Perfect for families!
The property is beautifully maintained and our room in a trulli met our expectations. The frescos on the ceiling were an unexpected and wonderful surprise. We would stay here again if ever back in Alberobello. Alessandro (Alex) attended to all our needs during our stay and represented the hotel wonderfully.
Good location near the old and new town. The owner help us to get a free parking space near apartment. It is easy to walk around Alberobello. The owner is also very helpful to get a kettle for us boiling hot water. It is very important for Asia travelers as we need to drink hot water in the winter.
We liked a lot the property. It was very clean, cosy and arranged with a lot of attentiom to details.
Very convenient located just 7 minutes walk from the main touristic area in Alberobello.
Parking was very easy. It is a good place for exploring the nice Puglia cities and villages.
Such a cool experience staying in a trulli in alberobello. Very comfortable place and very modern. Great location to the main city Centre and perfect parking! Also very minimal stairs which is amazing for Italy! Free coffee and waters was a nice touch.
Great! Very clean. And with air-condition also in the stairs outside the rooms (Italy you need more air-condition). Great personal and very central in Alberobello.
