Beautiful hotel - room was clean - the bed was big and comfy - loved the color and fabrics used in the room but it is starting to show a little wear. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with our limited Italian. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - a little something for everyone. Location was perfect - easy walk from train station and easy walk to old town.

First I want to appreciate the support of the staff, who helped me with storing the bicycle box during my biking session in Tuscany. They were very accommodating. Secondly, the breakfast is great, with lots of options. Thirdly, they provide and on demand shuttle service to/from airport for a reasonable fee.

The hotel is well located, with several bus stops nearby that made it easy to reach the city center in about 20 minutes. On the return trip, the bus conveniently drops you off right in front of the hotel. A shopping mall directly across the street was a pleasant bonus, and there's a nearby restaurant with a kitchen open well past midnight. The area felt safe and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating—they typically provide firmer pillows by default, but when we asked for softer ones, they were happy to oblige. The bathroom was equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer. We spent most of our time exploring the city, so the hotel suited our needs well. It’s not luxurious, but it’s clean, comfortable, and convenient.
