Comfortable room, kind staff. The house is set in beautiful surroundings, quiet and green. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food. Unfortunatelly we were too full for anything more than appetizers, the main dishes looked very tasty.

Very close to the motorway, I stopped for 1 night as I was tired of driving and the location was very convenient. Rooms are spacious, showers were pretty modern. I left too early so i didn’t had the chance to try the breakfast, but the hotel room price was pretty good considering the breakfast included.

The apartment is generally clean, except for the duvets which do not seem to have been washed. The sofa bed is completely unsuitable for sleeping, with a very thin and worn-out mattress (needs to be replaced quickly), and a transverse bar that can be felt in the back. The owner, although cold and clumsy in his communication (disparaging instructions: keep the apartment clean!), is still helpful. The sanitary facilities are in good condition, but be careful with the sink which gets clogged. I had to repair it myself.

The location was really close to the train station which made it easy to travel into Rome by train. There were also couple of small bars at the station to buy breakfast. The parking was secure and the street was very quiet.

nice b&b with non-stop breakfast. very peaceful and wonderful to have a rooftop terrace. Looks like before it was perhaps other hosts to the same place? (guestbook speaks about co-cooking and owners cooking with/for guests?)

The villa was beautiful with amazing hosts! It was only 40 minutes (by car or motorcycle) from Rome and is right out into the countryside. Sabrina and Steph made sure we were safe each time we went out on our travels, even going out their way to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. They also offered some great advice of where to go and what to see! The breakfast was lovely with a wide range of goodies which set us up perfectly for the day ahead, the bed was super comfy too! The use of the pool and garden was a added bonus as we was left to use these facilities as they was our own. We can not forget Nura the amazing cat who kept us company on the patio of a night time. By the end of the trip, we felt like part of the family and didn't want to leave :') we will for sure be coming back to this villa in the near future to explore more of Italy
