One of the best places we stayed. the apartment is beautiful, clean, and equipe with everything we needed. Rita greeted us with a jar of nutella, biscuits , croissants, love and kindness. the location is central, there is a parc right outside, free parking, there is a balcony at the back and one at the front . Even do i like to stay in farmhouse when I'm going in holidays, I made the best decision when I booked this apartment. It's only about 15 min driving from the sea. We travelled practically the length of Italy stopping at several hotels and guesthouse. Guest house Villa di Judighes stands out as our greatest experience by far. From the moment we entered we felt more than welcome. I had a tyre pressure warning on the car dash. The proprietor fixed this right away and inflated the tyre back to its recommended pressure with his air compressor - going above and beyond the call of duty! He's good command of English helped! The area so peaceful yet just a stones throw from the train station into Rome. The house was huge and our room massive with a large terrace to enjoy with the sea visible in the distance. The air con was terrific - cooled the room in minutes. Breakfast a pure pleasurer. Prepared by the proprietor and his wife using many home made produce - we sat on the patio being waited on whilst admiring the gorgeous gardens. Perfect bliss! Our only regret - we just stayed the one night! Wished we'd stay longer.

The hotel staff was very friendly! The room was clean and nice. The pool is a big bonus, as it helps you cool off from the hot weather. Secure and large parking area. Breakfast coffee was good!☕️👍 The good thing about this place is that if you don't want to stay in Rome, this place is very close to Rome. In the summer, staying outside the big city is better, than in the torturing heat inside of the city.🙂 There are a few small towns nearby, where you can find a restaurant you like for dinner. For example, Mondo Antico in Cerveteri is a great sub-place. All subs are made with local ingredients. Who would have guessed that MIAMI 🇺🇸🇮🇹😎 is located near here, behind the name of the place are events related to recent history.🤓
