Location for access to train station was perfect. The senora on the desk was both efficient and friendly and we were checked in quickly. Rooms not enormous but clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided a wonderful variety of food and we appreciated the complimentary drink at happy hour. Would highly recommend

The stuff was very professional and friendly. People on reception helped us with our bags after the check out let us leave the car on the hotel parking so we can enjoy our wine tasting even gave us umbrella when it was raining! Top of the top!!

    Florence is a fantastic destination, so much to see and do. Great restaurants and very friendly locals, we had an amazing time. We visited many historic areas, we also spent a morning pasta making which I would recommend. Great shopping, bars, restaurants. We will be back.

    I've been there twice and honestly, it wasn't enough for me...

    I've been there twice and honestly, it wasn't enough for me yet. I could spend days observing every detail at the Ufizzi Gallery and years watching the sun reflecting on Piazza del Duomo. The leather market is a must see. Look for love at Santa Margherita Church, for books and films at Cinema Teatro Odeon and for fun just ask for a drink by Ponte Vecchia.

    Florence has great museums full of important historical art. With that being said, it's not walking friendly as some of the sidewalks are narrow and uneven stones makes it difficult to get around.

    C-Hotel Ambasciatori was a great and well located hotel extremely close proximity to the train station which is great for tourist with luggages that they have to lug around. Room was clean and spacious. Specially mention to Gulia who was our service check-in staff, she was provided really great service, warm and patience to share the insights on the streets of florence and places we could visit in Florence. Having such service staff really represents the people of Italy and the hospitality they provide, which we greatly appreciated.

    The hotel is very nice and classy. Loved the breakfasts, especially for Italy they are excellent. We had a great time and were always happy to come back to the hotel! It is just above the main attractions but Florence is a small city so we always walked. Only took transportation once, when we went far away on the other side of the Arno. (separately: we woke up in the morning. opened the window overlooking the city and listened to the birds singing - amazing!!!)
