The property is very near the train station. Some tourist spots are near to the property. The room was great, it’s large , clean and has nice complimentary gift for guest. The staff are friendly and nice, especially the asian woman with the eyeglasses and the bar lady Daniella. The net is working nice. Surely recommended to friends and will booked again next time.

Man, this hostel is functioning on a different level. I loved the self-check-in area, the system that they built for that is impressive. Everything looks fresh and new, the furniture, the rooms. Our room was clean, it had 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, one with the shower. That's a smart design. The beds were so comfy, everything was clean and the room was cooled with AC working. It was the right temperature for me. The staff are amazing. They host events like Karaoke night at the hostel. The guests are diverse and fun. Also, the hostel is super close to the train station, which is again super convenient.

The people working there are GREAT.The Electric door on the parking area operated by reception was fantastic for parking my motorcycle.Very good breakfast also.I stayed there alone.Room was a bit small but if you intend to use the hotel only for sleep and the whole day gone this is not a problem.Tram is like 10-12 minutes walking from hotel.It will be in my choices next year

Staying here is really value for money. Breakfast selection was great! Room was also cozy. Connecting to the internet was a breeze. I loved the patio area outside the restaurant.

It is in a quiet area away from the crowds, surrounded by greenery that provides privacy. The pool is perfect to escape the heat and the bar by the pool serves delicious cocktails and drinks. The room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Toiletries are high quality. Overall the staff are the shining element of the hotel, being extremely friendly and accommodating of our needs.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious, and our suite was very spacious with its own private terrace/balcony. The area was quiet and peaceful, while still only about a 20-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and the heart of Florence. The rooftop pool was a huge plus, especially with the kids and the 40°C summer heat! Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family.

Location, decor, breakfast and friendly and helpful staff

It was very clean, the lift was a bit strange giving priority to the 6th floor (rooftop bar), so in order to land on your floor you find yourself going there first. And the balconies were share with other rooms that was even more strange. The staff was very nice and helpful, specially Tiara, she was a ray of sunshine.

The hotel location is outstanding where you can reach most of the shopping area. The hotel is very clean and very quiet. The room is equipped with all kinds of sarfaces and supplies.The breakfast is limited.However, it's very good selection and outer standing sarfaces
