Very clean. Very quiet. Very welcoming. Very close to the airport. Excellent breakfast. No hassle getting to and from the B and B. Business is slow during the winter, so we were the only guests at the time. Takes time getting accustomed to the small areas. The entire space would fit inside my bathroom. If you are a big guy, forget about taking a shower. This wasn't a problem for us. If you are on a budget, this is the place.

I was passing through on my way to FCO. I had come from an overnight train to Rome, and checked in a bit after that. I basically stayed there to sleep and write the entire time, and it was a nice place for that, and then had to catch a plane the next morning.

My room - the deluxe room at the end of the hall (think it was number 1 from memory?) was very nice. Loads of room - nice white decor, wonderful lounge and extremely comfy bed. My friend's room down the hall was darker and very much smaller.
I liked the way all toiletries were there - especially being the last night before flying back to Australia - it was handy.
I liked the prepacked breakfast as we had a very early departure.

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place is all farms & basically very inconvenient to get to. All back roads. One can see the airport, but to get to it, it takes half hour. I was told that taxi drivers don't even want to take anyone there & they charge extra. If one. comes without a car , u are stranded. The morning we left there was a couple outside & they said they had been waiting for a cab for about half hour. Avoid Fregene, unless one is looking for a farmland stay

The resort was just a 30 minutes taxi ride from the Roma airport. Due to Covid-19 the resort was not a busy as I expected, but enough people around so I didn't feel like I was the only person there. Restaurants were still open, although not all of them. The resort was great for a lazy long weekend, sitting by the pool and walking along the beach. I'm thinking of going back next month, Covid-19 permitting.

Restaurants were quaint and offered delicious food. This
would be a great family beach in the summer or for couples
or adults. It is definitely not a "party location."

The beach club restaurants were a little disorganised and I found the pasta dishes to be not as I expected. it is very difficult to get around Fregene without some sort of your own transport. In hindsite I woulf recommend hiring a car if you are going to Fregene as the public transport is very limited. The beach clubs are for the most very worn out, and there are very few shops close to the beach area.
The town is a lot of very nice houses to look at, but the beach was split up by different beach clubs. I would have liked to visit the nature reserve but it was very hard to access it from the town. The Restaurants in the town were good and I really enjoyed S Club's atmosphere.

Fregene a small village in Italy. Was amazing.
Fregene a small village in Italy. Was amazing. Hotel across the beach and beach restaurants made it convenient. The staff was very friendly and would def recommend it to family and friends. it was a nice get-away after we had been in paris for 4 days. It is a 30 min car ride at 6 am to Vatican and so well worth the stay to get away from he more touristy places like Rome and the OCEAN VIEW of our 2nd floor room made it so relaxing. The bicycles on the property are available to use at no extra charge and came in handy when we rode into town to the supermarket for the few things we needed. Totally an amazing place to stay. NOT LUXURIOUS - but very COZY and VERY CLEAN. loved every minute of it.

We were expecting more things to do - shops would have been nice. Being able to have some options for eating dinner before 730p would be nice, especially if traveling all day. Overall it was OK - just not what we were expecting/hoping for.
Close to some local restaurants which proved to be really tasty, of course...
The beach is right on the doorstep. 2 mins most.
Plus it’s just a short hop into Rome centre by bus to Cornelia and quick metro.
The Villa is amazing and really well kept and comfortable. We had 7 adults and it was brilliant.
The host was very welcoming and friendly.
The private pool was very nice!!
Highly recommended!
The apartment itself was so welcoming! the apartment has everything you need! There is a cafe about 50 feet away! perfect to get a small pizza, a pastry, coffee or a drink. The grocery store is 6 mins away. Easy to get to and has anything you would want to eat or drink. the bus stop is at the end of the block to go to FCO or into Rome. the apartment is wonderful you will enjoy your stay .
A group of five, 2 couples and an adult male for three rooms on our last night in Italy, so convenient to the airport. Efficient self service entry and exit. We sent info and received keybox info. Clean, well maintained and equipped with modern decor. There is a good restaurant below. Parking is secure in the back of the hotel. Good restaurant in the front of the hotel.
The property was great. It was a small learning curve if you’re American and you’re in a European hotel or bed-and-breakfast, so whatever took me a while to learn the air conditioner to understand that the lock on the door turns only One Direction and you have to turn it more than once, but overall it was a five-star comfortable place with an unbelievably helpful owner.
Loved the place. The restaurant is excellent. Service was top! The rooms are cozy and comfortable, well appointed, and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are great, with plentiful hot water and very spacious. A 15 minute drive to the airport. Close to a nice neighborhood and nice restaurants and cafes. Also close to the beach.
It was one of the best stays I have ever had, and by far the best in Rome. The best way to describe it is peaceful. The staff was very acomodating, the rooms were well equipt, breakfast was delicious and the house was wonderfully decorated. You can tell they love the place. It was also very close to the beach.
We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, even though we were in low season and the restaurants were still closed.
They provided unlimited access to coffee station with snacks and juices. In the morning, they served fresh patries. The bed was comfortable.
Close to the beach, about 12-20 min walk depending which beach spot, you can borrow bike for free. The room with the bathroom had large bed and lots of closet space. The owners were very lovely people. WiFi worked ok. Close to the food market and ATM.
I come from Switzerland 🇨🇭 for 9 days with my kids. The area is very good. most I like the beach ⛱️ is 4-5 minutes close to the Villa Gulia🍨 the bus Station infront &very cheap Bus ticket 1.30 £ I like that 😊
good location, although beach access isn't well established, since businesses seemed to border the sea. accommodations were adequate, the bed was comfortable. nice bathroom.
uniquely beautiful, excellent location.
very restful surrounding this time of the year October.
we highly recommend this hotel. Friendly helpful staff as well!
