Location is perfect. Room is quiet. Breakfast buffet was spectacular. Staff was very accommodating. Elegant.

Very nice property and the center of Old Town...

I decided to stay in this hotel only because of the parking, I had a lot of luggage, and security was my priority. In fact I was very satisfied with everything so for me, it was perfect for one night away from noise and a lot of people In the morning, i took the ferry from genova Port, which took only 20 minutes driving from the hotel .

The room was very cosy (even though it was very cold outside, February weather), it was clean and had the classic facilities needed. The staff was really nice and helpful in multiple occasions. The location was also fantastic. I would be happy to come back!

Everything in this hotel excellent location ,furniture ,this hotel luxury In addition, all the staff are outstanding and incredibly polite, providing service to guests with genuine warmth and respect.

Just a few minutes away from the train station and the bus stop towards the airport. The city centre is also a short walk away. The hotel and the rooms give a freshly renovated feeling, I’d definitely stay there again.

Beautiful luxurious property with a spacious comfortable room and private roof terrace. The little extras we received like complementary mineral water and sweets were a nice way to welcome guests.

Everything was a perfect. Staff were excellent friendly and make amazing cocktails. I did tell the hotel it was my husband birthday, on his birthday we came back to a lovely birthday message and a bottle of Prosecco with two glasses on ice in our room we were very touch by this, it lovely. We will be back next year.

Perfect location, big room, comfortable bed

The location was wonderful, just in the center of Genova. The apartment was clean, the stuff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was more than ok. The room was clean and spacious. When we entered into room it smells clean. Bath was clean and enough space.Locations is great. In 10 min by walk you are at Genova Bignole station and by 1 min you can reach piazza De Ferrari.

Location was close to metro, coffees, bars, restaurants.

Staff was very helpful and understanding as I lost my passport here and they helped me settle down and I requested them a print out of my lost passport which they got it done as normally I had very bag experience with Italians around but they gave me best service. Even they helped me find taxi and escorted me to the taxi stand which was very touching.
