Modern hotel with beautiful clean lobby and restaurant. Food was great and the staff was helpful and spoke English. Ample parking in the easily accessible underground garage.

The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super helpful. They did everything they could to make sure we had a great time. I totally recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and very comfortable

I decided to stay in this hotel only because of the parking, I had a lot of luggage, and security was my priority. In fact I was very satisfied with everything so for me, it was perfect for one night away from noise and a lot of people In the morning, i took the ferry from genova Port, which took only 20 minutes driving from the hotel .

It was the third time that we chosed this hotel. We just love it!

Everything. Comfortable, clean and good location. Staff great. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant attached was truly excellent. Food was out of this world and would go back to Genoa just for that. Delightful city. Not been before but would return.

Beautiful hotel and in the main shopping street. Liked very much the breakfast buffet and the awesome view of the interior stairs. If we will come again in Genoa, definitely will choose this hotel.

Great View of the City, Nice Air Conditioning, Friendly, Skilled & Kind Staff, Great Mini Bar Options (Juice, Sodas, Wine, Spirits, Cookies, Nuts, Chips), Nice selection on Menus. Bright and Nicely Decorated Room w/ Great Lighting option for work & relaxing, w/ plenty of clothing storage. A Pad of Paper and a Pencil, perfect! Plush/Soft Towels, Robe & Slippers, Nice selection of Teas & Coffee, Tasty candies by the Bed. and Nice Soaps, Shampoo, Shoe Buffer, etc. Lot's of hot water for the Shower. The Bed & Pillows were extra comfortable for sleeping or watching a favorite Italian Film! Close to the Train Station and Ocean. What else is there? Thank you soooo much I so appreciate everything and everyone!

There are many things that we liked about Capitolo hotel, first one is the amazing and wonderful staff at the hotel, they were very helpful and very professional. It was a great experience, wonderful atmosphere, very nice room, very clean, amazing location

The location was wonderful, just in the center of Genova. The apartment was clean, the stuff was friendly and helpful.

The location is great, I wish I knew about the metro earlier to make the journey easier from the station!! But equally, I enjoyed the walk :) great value for money all around!

Staff was very helpful and understanding as I lost my passport here and they helped me settle down and I requested them a print out of my lost passport which they got it done as normally I had very bag experience with Italians around but they gave me best service. Even they helped me find taxi and escorted me to the taxi stand which was very touching.
