We had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony! The location was right in the main plaza and close to many restaurants, cafes, gelato, and shopping. It was only about a 10 minute walk to the ferry station too. The staff were incredible and helped answer many questions I had before we went and during our stay. It was our first time in Italy, and they helped connect us to taxi services from the airport to the hotel, made dinner reservations for us, and helped us better understand the ferry timetables. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable!

We had a great stay at this iconic location! We stayed in a room facing the lake with a scenic and unforgettable view, greeted by friendly staff and it’s quite close to Menaggio promenade (note that is possible to walk up there but with a suitcase it’s a bit unconfortable but the going down is easy)

It was conveniently close to everything we needed by foot since we didn’t have a car. The ferry station is a close 5 minute walk from suites menaggio. The centre of menaggio is full of Italian culture which we really enjoyed. The host was really nice and welcoming and answered all questions we had. check in was easy and efficient. The views from our balcony were spectacular and we didn’t expect to have such a nice view. There’s a lot of local restaurants and gelato shops close by that are definitely worth checking out . If you want to stay in a more slow paced environment menaggio is definitely the place. When we went to visit Varenna it was really crowded and hard to get around. Overall a really great stay and we would definitely return if we come back. The place was clean and had everything we needed from plates and utensils to a little Nespresso machine if you’re a Nespresso lover.
