The location is fantastic, right at this lively square with cute restaurants. And the building is quite special too, especially the breakfast area. Super kind staff.

5 stars for this hotel is a big shame. Couldnt avoid the smell of deepfried food, the constant noise of the toilet that didnt work well. It was horrible and above all a big middle finger to all the Masseria’s nearby with a 4 star rating. This hotel isnt worth 3 stars.
Cala Corvino is just 200 metres from the coast and its beautiful beaches. It features a swimming pool, tennis court, and air-conditioned rooms. It offers a gourmet restaurant and is set in its garden....

the staff was really nice and helpful,
we had a private apartment with kitchen, it was ok, good kitchen equipment and big fridge,
nice flowers on the balcony,
the region of puglia is very nice, close to nice cities if you have a car, from the resort you can make some nice hikes on the coast to the nearest cities - we recommend hike to Polignano al Mare with a designated trial on the coast (look for white-red marks)
can be good for families with kids and with a car;

We are happy that we avoided Bari and instead chose wonderful Monopoli as home base for day-trips across the region. While Monopoli and the cities in general are clean and tidy, there is one general issue for the region: Garbage. It's everywhere. Plastic, glass, you name it, is all littered along roadsides and even on the coastal pathways. The magnitude is staggering and it's such a shame.

I'm very glad I chose Monopoli over Polignano a Mare as a base for our trip in Puglia. Taste is, of course, subjective, but I think Monopoli is the nicest coastal town around Bari, it has a fairly big old town with a lot of quaint streets to explore, plenty of restaurants and even a good stretch of rocky, cliff-y coastline you can actually walk on, peppered with a few small beaches. I imagine it gets just as busy in summer but in April it was less crowded than Polignano and overall feels like there's more space. It's also very well connected, ~ 20 min from Ostuni, ~ 5 min from Polignano, ~1h10 from Lecce, ~30 min from Bari all on the main trainline we used everyday.

Monopoli is a very clean and safe place where you feel comfortable exploring both at day and at night. The historic areas are perfect for pedestrians. We really enjoyed walking the pathways along the Adriatic Sea with historic castles and fortresses, the docks with fishermen returning with their catch, and the beautiful waterfront views.

It is a very nice place with lots of beautiful food, streets and people.
Before you visit Monopoli, I recommend that you get to know the history of Puglia and it's towns. The history is very interesting and helps to understand why this region looks the way it does.
The B&B was in a prime position near the beach. We could walk everywhere too. Riccardo was very helpful if we needed any advice on places of interest to go to, and the best beaches to visit . The property was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. If l ever get the chance to return to Monopoli l would definitely book here again, and would make sure to reserve room 5!
Riccardo also picked up our luggage in his golf buggy from our car on both arrival and when we departed (the area is a car free zone) thank you Riccardo 😊
Location Location Location!!!!
The location of M213 is super central close to the bus/train stations AND to the historic city AND to the port AND to the best restaurents and bars! Lucia, the host, is such a genereous and caring person. I arrived at the peak of the heatwave & she welcomed me with fresh fruits and cold water. She is extremely nice wnd helpful! What a Gem! What an Angel! Let us NOT forget that she also made me her home- made foccaccia! Leaving Monopoli showered with love!
Excellent seafront location, very close to shops, good restaurants and a nice beach. The casa was bright, spotless and smelled very good. The owners, Felice and his wife were so gracious and kind. Our GPS couldn’t find the exact location of the apartment and Felice met us at a nearby parking. We were a family of four and stayed for five days and we were very comfortable. The town of Monopoli was very charming and the locals were friendly. Grazie mille and we will see you again!
The location is great , you have bars , restaurants and supermarket near and the train station 5 min distance. The host was very polite and helpful. The apartment was extremly clean and very spacious and comfortable and with all the facilities you may need. It was Absolutely the best choice we could have done to explore Monopoli and other cities ! Also you can ask the host for every doubt or information you need, they helped us a lot. Highly recommended !
Absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the train station and the historic center. It was very spacious, the balcony had a nice view, and it was modern and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and perfect. It wasn’t loud at night either. Check-in was great and the host was very helpful and responsive whenever I needed help. Would definitely recommend as the best place to stay in Monopoli!
Everything. We’ve been in a road trip in the south of Italy, and we stayed in some of the top rated villas, b&b’s and hotels of the Amalfi Coast and Puglia, and we could say without any hesitation that this place was by far the best. It is located in the historical centre of Monopoli, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and the apartment is just WOW ( like a dream vacation home, far away from your home) I highly recommend it.
Everything. The place exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to book this place again in the future when staying in monopoli.
Area is incredibly nice, quick walk to the main area and check in/getting into the room was so easy.
The staff were extremely helpful and I emphasize the word "Extremely"!
They were so quick to respond and had great suggestions on restaurants and even let us leave our luggage on day of check out
Excellent place to stay with lovely owners who were very helpful and friendly, they could not do more to make our stay more enjoyable!
We had the best nights sleep in that bed, so comfy. The location is pretty good too, took us about 15/20 minutes to walk to Monopoli old town.
Also if you're travelling with a car, parking near the property is free and we never had a problem finding a space.
Everything was perfect about this apartment. It is new, clean, spacious and very well located. The hosts are amazing also. They are so eager to share all their local knowledge which was very welcoming. This is the best accomodation we have had in Italy from the 3 times we have travelled here. Thank you so much for the most wonderful stay in Monopoli.
A fantastic B & B , in the heart of the old part of the city but very well situated for the beaches and the newer part of Monopoli. Phillipo & Maria are fantastic hosts who do their best to make your stay here pleasurable. The breakfast is great and Phillipo makes fantastic cappuccino's as well as offering excellent cakes made by Maria & his mother.
Bath with hydro massage. great terrace overlooking the sea. close to breakfast restaurants. large comfortable bed. franseco has helped arrange everything from getting the best restaurants up to arranging transportation to anywhere in and around Bari. very nice man. The apartment is perfect for a romantic trip to Monopoli and more.
Great location, great modern room with a super comfy bed, and nice staff. The breakfast that is associated with the hotel is at a place called La Vite Turchese, which had fantastic food and friendliest staff. Susanna is super knowledgeable about wines. Highly recommend as a base if you are looking for one in Puglia.
Everything was perfect: the apartment is very cozy, sweet, clean. Very close to centre, old town. Loredana is very kind, helpful. She sent me information about the most popular POIs and the best restaurants. It was our perfect stay in Monopoli.
There is free parking.
Loved the location- it was perfect for exploring the beautiful village of Monopoli! We had 3 very nice beaches close by and still it was a great walk on the seafront to Old Town! Rocco was great at communicating and was always there to help!
such a great property. the breakfast is really good, the staff (katarina and co) are also a great help. the best bit is the pool area which is so hard to come by in Monopoli
great to be on the edge of the very oldest part of Monopoli - a short walk to the town beaches and the best restaurants including typical Italian family restaurants
