It was actually a transit for a (full) day in Rome. Instead of booking a hotel near FCO which was more expensive than this room rate, and not forget about the expensive fare for airport pick up+ drop off. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my last night staying in Rome. Such a beautiful fine hotel, the room is super clean, there is a garden in the property where I could do my exercise in the morning then head to hotel breakfast, warm and helpful hotel staff. The location looks far from FCO but it is actually very convenient to get there. If you travel light, just take the Leonardo Express direct train from FCO (€15) to Roma termini, hop on Bus 82 right in front of the termini, and a short walking distance you will reach the hotel. If you travel with big luggage bags, I chose to ride the taxi/uber from the hotel to Roma termini to the airport the next day. The taxi ride cost me €15.50. As for last night in Rome, I was happy l could enjoy a nice Cacciò e Peppe and delicious pizza at Mamma Pizza by just walking distance before leaving Italia.

We had a fantastic stay at the Tree Charme Augusto. The hotel is a lovely conversion of a historic residence building and perfectly located within walking distance of all major tourist attractions in Rome. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The breakfast downstairs is delicious and the staff members are absolute sweethearts. All check-in details were communicated clearly at arrival. There is a reliable shuttle service from and to the airport. If you look for a friendly and cute boutique hotel experience in Rome, then look no further

Comfortable well appointed room with modern bath and ice cold air conditioning. Room has a kitchenette with a double window which opens to overlook a courtyard. Claudia was extremely helpful with self check-in and recommendations for local restaurants. The Cafe Mozart, located just outside the hotel front entrance, serves a great Roman breakfast of brioche, orange juice, and cappuccino (free for guests). Vatican City, Metro Ottaviano, great shops and restaurants, are all easy walks away. Wonderful location. Thank you Claudia for all your correspondence and hospitality and checking on my wellbeing! Can’t wait to return. Grazie :)

Rome is beautiful and everywhere u look there is art,...

Rome is beautiful and everywhere u look there is art, history and architecture. 2 days are just for a taste! It is also very busy and touristic in the summer, however there are a lot of options to avoid crowds. Night strolls are the best! Loved the river! The food did not amaze.. most popular areas are very standard touristic and expensive anyway. You need to know were to go, we didn’t! For a short stay we recommend getting a metro bus card, it gives u the flexibility to hop on and off buses and trains to get wherever u want. More flexible and cheaper than the tourist bus! Google Maps was surprisingly effective and gave very precise info on buses and timetables. It was. Very easy to follow. Also, check the waiting lines before paying to cut through them! We went in the Sr Peter’s Basilica in 15 minutes max without any fee.

Art and architecture of the Churches. We saw 28 of them in 5 days. Restaurants are remarkable; Services are everywhere. There is much to do regarding museums, historical sites, and art galleries. Transportation is easy to access to get around all over the city.

Great city to visit with so much to do.

Great city to visit with so much to do. Lovely food and gelato is a must. Buses and public transport cheap too. Vatican is amazing but queues were crazy. We booked online tickets to St Peter’s and special online tickets queue was waste of time ! Staff for online queue made us wait so long people fainted even though they were just standing around not doing anything! Police helped us help young lady atleast. Just get there early and go in free queue instead. Prices very expensive eg 6euro for coke! Find a supermarket for good snacks and drinks. ! Make sure to check prices for restaurants so you don’t get ripped off. Pharmacy is expensive too so make sure you pack lots of meds just in case. Book tickets for venues in advance before you go if you can as everything was super busy! Definitely recommend Rome for great time !

Great place to visit, a lot of history. Just do not do it in July. It was very hot! I did not like the fact that they are charging for entry to some venues that used to be free (I been there 3 times). i.e. Fontana di Trevi, Panteon, Roman Forum.

During our tour we stayed in various 4 star hotels across Italy. This was booked as a lay over before our flight the following day. Upon arrival we were met by Maria who was a wonderful host. The apartment was very well equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. It was the best place we stayed in during our entire tour and I can highly recommend Tiny Green Apartment. The nicest was to sit on the patio by the garden in the evening.

The room was simply gorgeous - soo spacious exceptionally clean and truly 5 stars! It was luxury and the bed the best we had across our 4 weeks in Italy! The location was good - easy to get busses everywhere or walk! The suites are super close to many beautiful restaurants and the lady that welcomed us was delightful. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Oh and the view from our room across Rome was perfect!
