I was upgraded to a room with sea view which was lovely! The room was extremely clean and it had all the amenities. Staff were polite and spoke English, which isn't a given in the area so much appreciated.

We were upgraded to a comfortabele room with sea view. Nice bathroom with shower. Good breakfast and a reserved parking space in front of the hotel. Location is in center of Rapallo: shops, restaurant, boulevard and beach all within minutes walking distance
