Cleaning is amazing, location in front of the beach with direct access, green areas, classic local decoration but with high standards. The beach is extensive and clean, golden sand. Very professional staff. It's a nice surprise and a very good classic 4* hotel.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early but an early check in was accommodated with no problem. We had an issue with Wifi and the staff on evening reception were super helpful in trying to resolve it. Really handy for Agrigento which was why we chose this hotel.
Great view of the beach from our balcony.

As described in previous reviews, although a little isolated, the Villa is a perfect retreat from the heat and the busy atmosphere of Agrigento. It is wonderful to come back and enjoy the peacefulness of the Villa and the beautiful pool. It is only a fifteen minutes drive to the main attractions.
Antonio went out of his way to help in every way possible. From the well prepared breakfasts , including options for a gluten free diet to the refreshing lemon drinks he made for us to enjoy.
The dinner recommendations made by Rosario, Antonio’s son were excellent. Rosario was also very flexible with our check in time and stay to meet us. There was only one other room occupied while we were there making it quiet.

The host Otavio couldn't have been kinder. His daughter made me chocolate cake and wife lasagna on one occasion
Otavio even drove me to Agrigento bus station to catch the bus to Trapani

The property is huge and very close to both San Leone spaggia and Agrigento. I loved taking a dip in the pool after exploring. The host was very helpful and friendly and left a gift of local pistachio treats, which were delicious.

Winter is definitely not a good time to visit San Leone as most of it is closed. It looked run-down and in need of a face lift. There was litter everywhere. The roads and pavements are all in urgent need of repair, with serious potholes and uneven surfaces, but this endemic in Sicily.
San Leone is very convenient for the valley of the temples.

San Leone is a perfect sea side town, with very few tourists. Easy to get to via train and then taxi.
It was a short cab ride from Valley of the Temples and had lots of amazing beach bars and restaurants within walking distance of our hotel. A fab please to chill for 3 days

Don't go in early August as it is too crowded.
Don't go in early August as it is too crowded. I've been to Italy many times, but the quality of the food was disappointing in this part of Sicily. Surprisingly, as I have always found Italians to be lovely and polite people, this is the first time we found consistently rude and impatient people. I have always heard great things about Sicily, but probably won't return because of this experience.

Not really much to do in San Leone, typical beach/shore town where the people from the nearby main town (Agrigent) go. It's right next to the Valley of the Temples, and if you are in the area it is much nicer to stay here than in Agrigent since you are on the shore. The town was clean (which is saying something) and safe.

I don’t normally do a review on my stays but I have to say how amazing Sabrina and Riccardo were , they treated us like family. so attentive , so super clean , sheets and towels changed every day. so close to beach and San Leone had such a great feel . We would happily stay there again.
Beautiful hotel with elegant decor and amazing views to the temple valley and surrounding. The place is absolutely spotless. The location is perfect and you are waking distance to the beach as a plus. Staff was very competent and professional. Dinner had a very nice atmosphere.
The location is right by a beautiful beach and walking distances from all the amenities of San Leone. Our balcony had a sea view. Gabriele was a kind and considerate host, providing an excellent breakfast and making sure our room was spotless.
