Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, and there were a lot of choices. I appreciate the bus shuttle service to Sorrento. And to have a nice bar area with entertainment was good.

Communication prior to arrival was great, once we arrived at the hotel we were warmly greeted with complimentary drinks, they were even nice enough to not only check us in early but upgrade our room due to the occasion. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. The location is perfect literally 3 mins walking distance from the port. The food was amazing, the view, the aesthetics of the hotel, the cleanliness, I mean everything! I just can’t stop ranting about this place, this is one of Sorrento’s best hotel stays. 10/10 highly recommend, I will be back! In the meantime I’ll be referring this place to all of my friends, family, & followers!

Beautiful location, easy 5 minute walk from the train station so very convenient. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. The view of the sea from our hotel room and balcony was spectacular! Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sorrento. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! The view spectacular and the ambiance relaxing! We cut our stay short 1 night because of transportation to Pompeii, and I wish we hadn't! We didn't get to try the spa and was disappointed by that. We ate at the Restaurant at night and I am telling you it was fantastic!!! The food excellent and well worth the cost and the staff was very attentive to our comfort. We could not stop talking about the dinner! Oh and let me tell you the Panacotta with fruit (pudding-type for lack of description) was the cream de la cream! I had to google the recipe when we left. The transportation was spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go back to Sorrento we will definitely stay here again, no doubts!!

This is one of the loveliest properties I’ve stayed at. Its staff is kind and attentive, without being fussy. Our room was enormous (double room) with a living room. Our bathroom was luxurious. The hotel has all the amenities you could wish for housed in a timeless, graceful palazzo. I absolutely loved everything about our stay.

Loved it! The room was squeaky clean. It is not the biggest but it is very functional. The common area on the floor where the room is located is so nice. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very nice, has everything you need (loved the marzipan cake). Around dinner time on the evenings we could hear the musicians on the street which made us feel like we are in an Italian movie. The location is very convenient, central but not loud. There is a small rooftop pool with a nice view, perfect for chilling.
