Great location , the best breakfast , service and clean , very helpful staff

This is not a hostel but a nice hotel that offers dorms, very helpful, professional and friendly staff and very clean rooms and facilities..the spa there is famous as the top spa in sorrento and the location is great very close to corso italia (main street) and around 10 mins walk from piazza tasso(main square) and 15 mins from train station

It's an excellent hotel to stay at in Sorrento. The facilities are very clean, and the view is spectacular—from the top of Sorrento, you can see the entire coastline.

We loved the location. It wasn’t right in town it was away just a little up more and we liked that. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and was so easy, quick ride and cheap to get back and forth from the hotel to the main town, ferries and train. We had a balcony room looking out and was beautiful. Breakfast in the morning and very clean rooms. The staff super friendly and so helpful with questions. Right next door is a little restaurant that’s open late and was so convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in Sorrento.

Great hotel, amazing views from our balcony. Staff were very helpful. A 15-20 minute walk to Sorrento centre however the walk had amazing views. Would stay here again.

Breakfast is sufficient with many kinds of cakes and also hams and drinks. I like the coffee made by staff and serving to me. The room was very clean and cozy. The hotel also has pretty good location, really close to the bus stop!

Very nice and clean with very good stuff

This Hotel appears to be a little distance away from everything but they offer a free shuttle to Sorrento regularly and the views are phenomenal, it is worth it for the views! There is even a bus from Positano that passes right in front of the hotel. The Front Desk is so helpful with figuring out all of what you want to accomplish. We wish we would have stayed at least a day or 2 more to enjoy the hotel more thoroughly.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern. It's conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from the train station and about 20 minutes from the port. The breakfast was really good, with a wonderful variety of fresh fruit and other options to choose from. We stayed in a room with a sea view balcony, which allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking sunset every evening. We also spent time at the rooftop bar, where the view is stunning. A special thank you to Luigi, the pool attendant, who worked tirelessly every day to keep the pool spotless and welcoming. His dedication did not go unnoticed. We stayed for five days and were sad to leave. We hope to return someday!

The breakfast was amazing. There were eggs, sausage, bacon, croissants, tortas, cappuccino's. The view was incredible. The staff was attentive and friendly!

Beautiful location, easy 5 minute walk from the train station so very convenient. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. The view of the sea from our hotel room and balcony was spectacular! Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sorrento. Highly recommend!

This is one of the loveliest properties I’ve stayed at. Its staff is kind and attentive, without being fussy. Our room was enormous (double room) with a living room. Our bathroom was luxurious. The hotel has all the amenities you could wish for housed in a timeless, graceful palazzo. I absolutely loved everything about our stay.

In the heart of Sorrento close to everything. 2 min walk to main Plaza! Very clean and the nice thing about this place is they have laundry facility on 1st floor for 10 euro.Breakfast was pretty good too! They provide a beach towel for guest. They are very helpful. The breakfast are balcony looks over the Main Street with a nice feel. Someone at the desk at all times.

The hotel enjoys one of the best locations in Sorrento, right next to Piazza Tasso. It is within a short walking distance of the promenade, the harbor, the lemon pedestrian street, and the train station. The breakfast is wonderful and offers an excellent selection of cakes and desserts, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. The breakfast area opens onto a charming garden filled with citrus trees, creating a particularly pleasant start to the day. The dining room staff are kind and attentive, with special thanks to Rocco, who made our experience especially enjoyable. The public areas are somewhat dated, but the rooms themselves - especially the bathrooms - have been renovated. We arrived to celebrate our honeymoon and were upgraded to a room on a private floor with a large balcony.
