Amazing location, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening, having a wine and looking down on the restaurants and beautiful street. Stresa is a lovely charming town with plenty of restaurants, shops, couple of bars and laid back vibe. The staff in the hotel were great, so friendly and accommodating. We ended up staying an extra night as we were having such a good time. Breakfast was grand, fresh fruit, croissants etc. Staff worked very hard. My room was clean, spacious and a lovely big shower. I think I had one of the newer or renovated rooms. My friend was in the room next door and hers was lovely too but just a bit dated compared to mine. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back.

Everything is just perfect and it is like a dream , The room,the view and the service was just Amazing . Room service are very helpful and cooperative and special thanks to Ms.Dana for her attitude . I just want to said that I spent one of the most beautiful nights in my life (Unforgettable memories)

Goood value for price, location is great if you wish to have quick access to visit the small islands around the lake...1 minute walk to the boats.Isola Bella is a must see and the price for museum and gardens totally worth it. Train station and city center are quite far...15-20 min walk..same for supermarkets, stores, retaurants. There is also a bar downstairs that serves drinks and some foods. If you have spare time..you can walk the pedestrian alley around the lake..it takes you close to city center and has a lot of nice views and places to make photos. The room was nice and quite confortable , there is also a small swimming pool downstairs in the hotel. We also had breakfast here and it was nice.

Location was close to heart of beautiful Stresa. Host, Fredrico was very gracious and helpful with local information, including guidance to see local travel agency to plan for last minute train ride changes needed to make connections timely to Milan; this because of repair work being done on train lines. The morning breakfast was fabulous.

Nice cosy place to stay in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast and also has reataurant available or lunch and dinner. 5 to 10 minutes walk from train station.

Wonderful location (it couldn’t have been better) elegant hotel and beautiful room. Ferry dock just across the street and so many restaurants in the area. AC excellent especially appreciated as we were here during the heat dome. Property well maintained and staff very helpful. The breakfast included in the stay was so good and lots of variety for healthy eating. Strange statement but I really liked the chandelier in the room! So cool.

We had a lake view overlooking all three islands it was stunning The grounds were beautiful The spa and pool were lovely The staff were incredibly friendly attentive and helpful We enjoyed our stay immensely

The property is brand new and state of the art, it has a pool, rooftop views of the lake, a gorgeous dining room, bar & outdoor domes. Parking was perfectly situation and the balcony rooms are worth the extra spend. The rooms have a wonderful layout, especially if you have a family. There is a park across the street, the ferries & shopping within a 2 min walk.

Laura and her son were wonderful hosts. Laura was extremely accommodating with special requests and when I needed to revise my stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful town amongst older neighborhood. Shopping and eateries all around within walking distance, quick walk to the waterfront for some relaxation. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast had selections for all, fresh made coffee for your table. High praises for the hotel.

The pool is opened 9 to 9. The exterior staircase was like exactly built for our room. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front lawn was a very nice relaxing spot with coffee tables and a very pleasant lake view.
