The location is perfect: in the centre of Intra and a two minute walk to the port where boats will take you to the beautiful Borromean islands. There is a free private parking nearby and a possibility to stop in front of the hotel to load/unload luggage. The staff were cordial and welcoming, and left a great impression! We stayed in a quadruple room with lake view - it was very large with four comfortable beds. The breakfast was varied and had everything to our taste. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

New owners since we last visited in 2016 and the hotel had been sympathetically updated. A cosy, quiet and very welcoming place to stay. The owners were very helpful and cheerful. I would go back.
