The view was breathtaking. On a clear day you can even see the Tokyo Skytree. The tub was big, the beds were comfortable, the staff was great. Some APA hotels have pretty rude staff, so having a nice staff was surprising and we were really grateful. It's close to the Kaihimmakuhari JR Station, and the area of Makuhari is really nice. Last but not least, the value for money was absolutely amazing. While the hotel is very far from Tokyo, it's still a great value

This hotel has a little bit of everything, and that's why we love it. We stayed with an 8 month baby. The space is pretty tight for the baby to move around, but we liked our stay nevertheless.

Fancy gorgeous looking, airport shuttle directly to hotel

The place is small, cozy and comfortable place. convenient bec of the availability of the shuttle bus taking us to the train station, free breakfast, lots of amenities. The rain shower is pretty good and powerful. Quiet inside your room. Clean rooms.

Hotel Fracs location was excellent for shopping and eating. The train station was just a few minute walk. The breakfast exceeded our expectation. We could enjoy seeing Mount Fuji on a clear day while eating our breakfast.

Check in and checkout process was very smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best water pressure in the shower I felt in any hotel in a long time. Only stayed one night as a transition between two hotels of different parts of the country. It's more of a business type hotel.

Amazing location so close to the train station. The room was bigger than others in Japan, cafe on site, laundry facilities were great and cost effective. Very friendly staff and I was able to pay for a late check out which helped with a late flight departure. Would definitely recommend!

It was nice to have a bed and proper bathroom

Amazing hotel for the price. Room was gigantic by Japanese standards and onsen was simply terrific. Also . . . fast elevators !!

Location. Right in front of Chibaminato st

The location was very close to the train station and the food was good, they even had sashimi for breakfast! At this hotel, my husband said this was the best sleep he had. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Very near to Chiba station, quiet despite near the station. Staff were very friendly and polite. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room.

Location was great, pleased to enjoy hot bath in the evening after a long day, enjoyed after bath treats. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is in an ideal location, with plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, convenience stores, and train stations all within walking distance. Late-night ramen shops are also just around the corner. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and a baggage drop-off service is available for added convenience. Despite the nearby train lines, the rooms are soundproof, so you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.

It has great amenities, will keep you busy for a while just by staying in the hotel. Great service. Helpful from desk. Good breakfast, snack, drink, games and other free activities. The price is super good compared to what you get.

Everything about this hotel is great: it’s a 5 min walk to Chiba Station (make it your first night of flying to Narita, it’s only a 40 minute train ride from the airport), it’s located next to awesome restaurants, the room was a small, but very functional one, including a Japanese style toilet with buttons. The best thing about this hotel is their Japanese style breakfast: lots of healthy and delicious options, a pear juice, coffee / green tea. Will definitely stay again!
