Reception staff are very welcoming. Location is good, very close to the train station. Free coffee and tea bags are provided.

Every staff member that we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The location is great. It’s near two train stations and bus service. There’s also a convenient store next door with an entrance door from the lobby area.

Very clean and tidy guestroom, and all the staffs are very generous beyond expectation even though we can't communicate well in English. Satisfied :)

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's a 5-minute walk to JR Gifu station and an 8-minute walk to Meitetsu-Gifu Station. There's one bus stop near the hotel, but I mostly used the one next to the station. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My room overlooked the station, but I couldn't hear any noise. There was a beer festival going on near the station that evening, but I didn't hear a thing, and I slept well. You can use your laptop at evening in the restaurant if you need to work. There's a coin laundry. The breakfast was delicious! And there's something new every day. The staff was very friendly and really helped me with my suitcase before check-in and after check-out. Gifu has many interesting temples, and there are hiking trails to choose from, depending on your level and experience. Even though it was rainy, I really enjoyed admiring the panorama of the city at night from the top of Gifu Castle. By the way, in Gifu Mt. Kinka Ropeway Base Station you can find the most delicious dorayaki in the world! Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to explore Kawaramachi as I planed. I'd love to visit this wonderful city again and see the sights I missed. And I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel. The facility and staff were exceptional.

Room was immaculately clean. Surrounded by restaurants and shops, so even if you come late, you'll probably find a place to grab a bite.

The room was very comfortable and the view of the mountains from the window was really striking. The staff gave me a free beer!

The hotel was very nice, I liked the room and what was provided, the staff was very friendly as well. Only downside is that you can only get there by bus from Gifu station if you don't have a car.
