The room was exactly like the pictures; cute, comfy, cozy, and very spacious. It was also quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The shower & bath room is also so much bigger than we expected and it's very clean. The lady of the house is so warm and welcoming. I'm sure it's not easy hosting two foreigners that can't speak Japanese, but she did an incredible job making us feel welcome and comfortable. My wife and I stayed here for one night during our honeymoon and this really ended up being a highlight of our trip. The husband spent a decade cooking abroad and brought that experience home with him. To say the food is exceptional is an understatement; breakfast and dinner were among the best meals we've ever had. Everything from the presentation, quality of ingredients, and execution of the cooking was perfect. The husband and wife duo are incredibly talented, and I'm so happy we got to experience their place. We will be thinking about this experience for a long time.

Stay at the hotel for three days. The hotel was not big, more like a boutique hotel. But had all you could need. At the lobby, they offer complimentary beverage and sweets. And late at night, complimentary ramen. Staff were friendly and made everything they could. Although we have problem with the language, I didn't speak Japanese, nor did they speak English, but they did their best. At the room, we also had complimentary beverages. Our last day breakfast was Japanese breakfast and was very good. And at check out, they gave us a little bag which had rice crackers, that was very kind from them.

HUGE SPACIOUS ROOM! TOOTHBRUSHES BIGGER THAN AVERAGE TOOTHBRUSH! I'm 6 feet 2 inches so they gave me a larger bathrobe, or maybe it was called yukata. It was our honeymoon and they treated us so well. They also had a lot of other free amenities in the restroom that I can't think of, but I know my wife took all of it. I can't remember if I added breakfast or if it was included, but it was worth it. Super delicious Japanese meal that made us both very full to start our day. This place rocks!

Room was clean, good arrangement. They have microwave inside the room. While they don't servw breakfast, thay have a pantry with free hot and cold beverages from 6am til midnight. Laundry room was available ane cheap, and they provide free massge chairs too while you await for your laundry. The staff was nice, provided guests with services and information which was very useful. Very close to namba station as well. All in all great experience. Would return to stay here if coming back to Osaka.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Whether that be helping with organization and logistics, helping with travel drops, huge efforts to provide the best service: genuine smiles and conversations and sincere interest in you as visitors to their home. Do not hesitate to stay at this accomodation- you will not regret it! Until next time 😃

We were upgraded to a wonderful tatami floored apart. that was perfectly Japanese and equipped with all kinds of niceties I had never experienced anywhere else. The staff is top notch with Ryotan, Miki and the manager Leo. The building is quiet.

The hotel was very easy to access, and the staff were extremely kind, careful, and attentive throughout our stay. They took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. The private onsen was wonderful, and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and the peaceful atmosphere. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious dishes for both dinner and breakfast, including many local ingredients and specialties.
