Reasonably comfortable beds, fairly quiet area of Naha.
The parking was easy to use and the attendants were helpful, bear in mind though it's a 60 car stacker so larger vehicles won't be able to use it. Availability is also limited but once you've got your car in your slot is reserved for the duration of your stay.
Good size bathroom with a fairly deep bath.

A town that has a lot to offer especially if you are willing to get off the tourist track. Many side alleys with great shops, friendly owners and local customers willing to help. There are multiple places to eat throughout the city, so after you visit the tourist areas take time to find a hidden gem o your own.

I like the city's urban planning and ease of transport. Traffic enforcers, front desk at the Tourist Info and bus office are accommodating.
The trip to Peace Memorial and cenotaph was moving.
I just wish the city can implement more sustainable practices eg., waste segregation.

Naha city is one of the best cities that I’ve ever seen.
Naha city is one of the best cities that I’ve ever seen. With convenient traffic, you would enjoy the tropical island and unique culture. There are countless restaurants with savory dishes and cuisine near the hotel. Last but the least, the tax free policy of Japan would encourage you to buy tons of gifts for your family.

It's very easy to navigate Naha.
It's very easy to navigate Naha. Even though it's challenging since I don't read Japanese very well but with the little that I know I was able to navigate and find my way around. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores to choose from.
The location is EXCELLENT, right off kokusaidori and just a couple minutes from a Don Quixote for convenient shopping or snacks. The hotel staff were all friendly and it was a nice perk the establishment offered complimentary ice cream/soup/okinawan donuts/beverages (most available during a limited time). I especially enjoyed the yudofu soup. If I drank alcohol the free beer and okinawan alcohol would have been a huge plus. I wish I had the breakfast buffet once. On my checkout day I saw they offered taco rice.
The room was quite big. Not sure if rooms are wide in Okinawa, but after a few weeks in Honshuu it was by far more spacious compared to same category hotels we stayed before. It is close to the monorail, to the bus terminal (which we used to go to Churaumi) and not far from kokusai doori (although a bit of a walk if you're going somewhere on the north part of the street). Really good value for the money (we went in April, it still off season maybe that's part of the reason?)
I loved my stay here. I had a layover and chose the hotel because it was within a 10min cab ride. I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel. The entire hotel from the entrance, lobby, and rooms are very elegant. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great as it had a deep bath and shower with a bench. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Okinawa.
It was a great place to stay, not that far a walk (about 20 minutes) from the center of Naha, and a relatively nice hotel as well! We only stayed for a night, so we didn't use all too many of the facilities, but my friend got a massage and said it was definitely worth the price! Staff was friendly and check-in was very smooth :>
Was exactly what my daughter was hoping it to be. We stayed in the Cinnamoroll room. It was super cute, very clean, and decent amount of space. The gift shop full of sanrio things was great. They have free coffee and cold green tea in the mornings. Overall, was worth the trip to Okinawa.
This is one а the best chains in Okinawa! The room has everything you need basically, so you can cook, do laundry, sleep very well. However it depends on the room and sometimes in the picture you may see some amenities, but they actually don't exist in the room at all.
Hotel is super clean, bed super comfortable, location is good, you can just walk to kokusai street and to Tomari port. Not far from the bus stop and airport is just 1stop for 15-20 minutes.
They provide with free ice cream and drinks, i love it!!
We stayed for 3 nights during our Okinawa trip celebrating our minimoon, the hotel prepared a lovely surprise for us it was super lovely! Thank you!
It's close to the Kokusai Street and Yui-rail station too, super convenient.
Absolutely everything. The staff was so kind and helpful: they kept my luggage even if I was away more than expected. Very clean and nice and friendly atmosphere. The best hospitality hotel in Naha, without any doubt!
Breakfast buffet OK only. Same daily with minor changes and mostly Okinawan food like curry, soups, pasta. I excellent staff especially MAKO.
MORE variety needed. Nice fruits.
The host is friendly and speaks very good English. It was opened less than a year ago so everything is still pretty new. It's also pretty close to the airport, Naha stadium
Strategic location ,near to Naha Airport , Okinawa Outlet Mall Ashibinaa and Kokusaidori street.
Clean and quite environment.
Love the aroma smell at lobby area.
Ella and Kunki are the best, most friendly hosts. My stay was just the relaxing, peaceful time I needed. I would stay in Naha again just for this lovely hotel!
